摘要： The present invention provides a contour extraction technique capable of resolving not only spuriousness, duplication, or branches in the contours of a sample pattern, but also discontinuities in the contours. A thinning process is performed with respect to design data for generating a sample pattern, and pattern in/out definition information defining the inside and outside of a pattern formed on a target sample is generated. Then, based on the Marker Controlled Watershed Segmentation method, region segmentation is performed by expanding regions indicated by the pattern in/out definition information while referencing pixel values of an edge-enhanced image of a target sample image, and pattern contours are generated.

摘要： A probe method of this invention includes a step of reducing an electrode of a wafer by using a forming gas, and a step of bringing the electrode and a probe pin into contact with each other in a dry atmosphere. The probe method further includes, prior to a reducing process of an electrode of the object to be tested, placing the object to be tested in an inert gas atmosphere and heating the object to be tested. The music editing apparatus includes a remix processing section which performs a remix process based on both meta data that are pre-generated corresponding to song data and that contain at least a time-based beat position and a file for deciding a remix pattern; a synchronizing reproduction controlling section which generates a master beat, sends the master beat to the remix processing section, and reproduces a plurality of songs based on individual entries of the meta data according to the remix process that the remix processing section has designated corresponding to the remix pattern and the meta data; and a mixing section which mixes songs reproduced by the synchronizing reproduction controlling section. The remix processing section performs the remix process based on a remix pattern file structured as hierarchical layers each of which has a control parameter portion and a data entity portion.

摘要： An information processing method provided, wherein an identifier (ID) corresponding to an object is obtained based on information input from a sensor for detecting the object, and the obtained ID is continuously and repeatedly input to an information processing unit. The information processing unit compares a program that is set based on a newly-input ID with a program that is set based on an already-input ID, and ends the currently-executed program when the two programs are different from each other. In this method, by putting an object in a sensor effective area, a program corresponding to the ID of the object is started, and by removing the object from the sensor effective area, the program is ended.

摘要： A safety controller provides a safety output to a target controlled system such as a magnet contactor based on an input from an input device such as a safety door switch to thereby control operation of machine equipment. Safety output parts serve to transmit a solid-state output as the safety output and a connection output part transmits a connection output to another safety controller. A control part having two CPUs controls the safety output and the connection output according to a program based on the input from the input device.
