Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, systems and devices for configuring signal resource for coordinating leaving procedures for one or more devices including multiple subscriber identity modules (Multi-SIMs) or for one or more devices connecting multiple networks with one subscriber identity module (SIM). One method includes configuring, by a user equipment (UE), a leaving procedure for multiple networks by: determining, by the UE, a leaving type in response to a particular scenario; and coordinating, by the UE, a leaving procedure based on at least one of the leaving type, or the particular scenario.

Abstract: A master node (MN) may send a secondary node (SN) addition request message to a target SN with an indication of a maximum number of candidate PSCells that can be configured by the target SN. The MN may send, if data forwarding is needed, a data forwarding message with an indication that the data forwarding is for a CPAC based procedure to a source SN. The MN may send a RRC message to a wireless communication device including the at least one candidate PSCell configuration and one or more associated CPAC execution conditions.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods and devices for managing transmission or retransmission on shared spectrum channel in a wireless communication network. In one implementation, the method may include determining if an uplink grant is deprioritized by a uplink shared channel transmission on a shared spectrum channel. The method may further include determining if a media access control (MAC) data packet has been generated for the deprioritized uplink grant. The method may further include, in response to the uplink grant being deprioritized and the MAC data packet being generated for the deprioritized uplink grant, performing a retransmission of the MAC data packet with an available uplink grant.
