摘要： A method and apparatus for making a lined waterproof footwear product, and footwear product formed there from, are provided. A last, having an exterior surface configured to correspond to the size and shape of the interior surface of the footwear product, is covered with a microcellular lining material. An injection mold comprises shells having a pre-determined configuration to cooperate with the exterior surface of the lining covered last to form: (i) a pre-injection cavity between the shells and the lining covered last when in position in the mold for injection molding; and, (ii) an injection cavity, defining the configuration of the footwear product, between the shells and the lining covered last when injection material is being injected into the injection cavity whereby the injection pressure causes the microcellular lining material to reconfigure the pre-injection cavity.

摘要： A method of producing a foamed footwear includes the steps of wearing around a footwear last with an inner covering housing, coating a first partition layer made of mixed rubber material on an outer surface of the inner covering housing, covering on a foaming raw material and an outer decorating fabric, attaching to the bottom side of the footwear last with a footwear sole, attaching to an outer surface of the outer decorating fabric with necessary reinforcing elements and necessary decorating elements, and heating in a vulcanization reactor. The foaming raw material undergoes a foaming reaction process, so that the footwear sole, the necessary reinforcing elements, and the necessary decorating element undergo a vulcanizing reaction process to enhance rubber properties thereof. Both of the inner surface and outer surface of the footwear has an aesthetic appearance. The production efficiency is increased and unnecessary waste of raw material is avoid.

摘要： The present invention provides articles of footwear for use by firefighters in different activities such as emergency and rescue situations, as well as daily activity in and around the firehouse. Integrated handles enable the firefighter to quickly and easily put the article of footwear on while minimizing the possibility of accidentally catching on equipment, apparel or debris. Locking bands that wrap around the upper are used to adjust for comfort and a secure fit. A dual lacing and zipper system enables the firefighter to initially adjust for fit by selectively tightening the lace, while the zipper provides a quick means for securing the article of footwear. Different outsole lug configurations are suitable for different surfaces, wet, dry and of varying and extreme temperatures. Added protection is available with a tibia/shin protector and ankle protectors.

The boot top garment is permanently attached at a seam between the panels used in construction of the bootie forming the boot top garment and bootie combination.
