    摘要: A hard tissue repairing material includes zirconia as a base material. A surface of the base material has a hydrophilic group. The hydrophilic group is bonded to zirconium atom in the base material. The base material may contain at least an ionic component that is selected from a group consisting of calcium ion, sodium ion, potassium ion, and phosphate ions within the surface. A hard tissue repairing material may include zirconia as a base material and a layer of a main component of an apatite. The layer of the apatite may be formed on a hydrophilic group bonded to zirconium atom in the base material.

    摘要: A procedure for dimensionally accurate sintering of a shaped piece manufactured from a blank of porous ceramic material, in which during the sintering, the shaped piece remains connected via at least one first connection like a rib, with a support that is manufactured from the blank. To ensure with simple procedural steps and simple design measures that the geometry does not change during sintering, the invention provides that the support is manufactured as a section of the blank that at least in sections surrounds the shaped piece by materials removal processing from the blank, and after the manufacture, the support, for one, is connected via the at least one first connection with the shaped piece, and for another, via at least one second connection with the residual blank that in sections is separated from the support.

    摘要: An opalescent glass-ceramic product, especially for use as a dental material or as an additive to or component of dental material, including SiO2, Al2O3, P2O5, Na2O, K2O, CaO and Me(IV))O2. In order to obtain improved opalescence with improved transparency, in addition to fluorescence, thermal expansion and a combustion temperature adapted to other materials, the opalescent ceramic product is completely or substantially devoid of ZrO2 and TiO2, such that the Me(II)O content in the glass ceramic is less than approximately 4 wt % and the Me(IV)O2 content amounts to approximately 0.5-3 wt %. The invention also relates to a method for the production of the opalescent glass-ceramic product.
