摘要: A method of coloring a pre-sintered dental restoration comprises securing a pre-sintered dental restoration having multiple different layers having a different chemical composition of color pigments between adjacent layers; dipping the pre-sintered dental restoration into a coloring liquid, and sintering the pre-sintered dental restoration to acquire a fully sintered ceramic restoration having a translucency and color intensity/chroma with an inverse relationship with the translucency increasing in one direction of the restoration and the color intensity/chroma decreasing in the same direction of the restoration.

摘要: A method of producing ceramic wafer includes a forming step and processing step. The processing step includes forming positioning notch or positioning, flat edge and edge profile, which avoids the ceramic wafers to have processing defect during cutting, grinding, and polishing, for increasing yield. The ceramic particles for producing ceramic wafer include nitride ceramic powder, oxide ceramic powder, and nitride ceramic powder. The ceramic wafer has low dielectric constant, insulation, and excellent heat dissipation, which can be applied for the need of semiconductor process, producing electric product and semiconductor equipment.

摘要: It is provided an insulating substrate including through holes 2 for conductors arranged in the insulating substrate. A thickness of the insulating substrate is 25 to 300 μm , and a diameter of the through hole is 20 to 100 μm . The insulating substrate is composed of an alumina sintered body. A relative density and an average grain size of the alumina sintered body is 99.5 percent or higher and 2 to 50 μm , respectively.

摘要: Provided are metal oxide ceramic materials and intermediate materials thereof (e.g., nanozirconia gels, nanozirconia green bodies, pre-sintered ceramic bodies, zirconia dental ceramic materials, and dental articles). The nanozirconia gels are formable gels. Also provided are methods of making and using the metal oxide materials and intermediate materials. The nanozirconia gels can be made using, for example, osmotic processing. The nanozirconia gels can be used to make nanozirconia green bodies, pre-sintered ceramic bodies, zirconia dental ceramic materials, and dental article. The nanozirconia green bodies, pre-sintered ceramic bodies, zirconia dental ceramic materials, and dental articles have desirable properties (e.g., optical properties and mechanical properties).

摘要: A dental block for producing a dental prosthesis comprises a green body including zirconia and having a chemical composition including increasing amounts of yttria through a thickness of the green body. The green body has a substantially consistent optical characteristic of chroma and translucency across the thickness, and is subsequently millable and sinterable to form the dental prosthesis with an optical characteristic of decreasing chroma, increasing translucency, and decreasing strength, in one direction through a thickness of the dental prosthesis.

摘要: A method of forming a ceramic product, the method comprising producing a ceramic foaming mixture in the form of a slurry, causing the slurry to foam, extruding the foamed slurry to produce a plurality of lengths of extruding material each with a diameter of less than 10 mm, firing the extruded material so as to partially sinter the extruded material, forming the partially sintered extruded material into a required shape for a product, and subsequently firing the shaped partially sintered extruded material to form the ceramic product.

摘要: A ceramic material for radome is illustrated comprising: -about 80-95% (wt %) of Si3N4; about 5-15% (wt %) of magnesium aluminosilicates including 2.5-12.5% (wt %) of Si02, 0.5-3% (wt %) of MgO and 2-6% (wt %) of Al2O3; and having a density not lower than 2.5 g/cm3 and a dielectric constant not exceeding 6.5. A process for producing a radome is also illustrated.

摘要: A process of producing a hot gas path turbine component. The process includes forming a void in a first ceramic matrix composite ply and forming a void in a second ceramic matrix composite ply. The second ceramic matrix composite ply is positioned on the first ceramic matrix composite ply such that the positioning aligns the voids to at least partially define a cavity in the component. A third ceramic matrix composite ply is positioned on the first ceramic matrix composite ply and the first ceramic matrix composite ply, the second ceramic matrix composite ply and the third ceramic matrix composite ply are densified to form a densified body. The cavity is present in the densified body. A ceramic matrix composite having cavities therein is also disclosed.
