Abstract:
A deck module includes deck panels having a plate shape extending in a first direction and having deck grooves formed in both side surfaces thereof in the first direction, a bottom structure disposed on lower portions of the deck panels in a second direction crossing the first direction, and quick clip modules connected to a side surface of the bottom structure, wherein the quick clip modules comprise quick clip bases extending in the second direction, quick clip protrusions protruding from the quick clip bases in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction and having protrusion portions formed at ends of the quick clip protrusions to protrude in the second direction and correspond to the deck grooves, and quick clip supports protruding from the quick clip protrusions in the first direction.
Abstract:
Described is a set of panels (1,2), each panel comprising: ⋅ a top surface (5) and a bottom surface (4); ⋅ a first edge (6) and a second edge (7) parallel to the first edge (6), said edges (6, 7) extending between said top and bottom surfaces (5, 4); ⋅ a first groove (10) provided in the bottom surface (4) of each panel, said first groove (10) extending parallel to and along the first edge (6) of the panel; ⋅ a second groove (11) provided in the bottom surface (4) of each panel, said second groove (11) extending parallel to the first groove (10) along the second edge (7) of the panel; ⋅ a locking profile (3) allowing locking a first panel (1) with its first edge (6) to the second edge (7) of a second panel (2), said locking profile (3) comprising a base (16) and at least three protruding rims (17, 18, 19) extending parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction of the locking profile (3), a first rim (17) pressed in the first groove (10) of a first panel (1) and a second rim (18) situated in between the first and third rims (17, 19) of each locking profile (3) and cooperating with a part of the first panel (1) such that a section (13) of the bottom surface (4) of the first panel (1) is clamped between the first rim and the second rim (17, 18) of the locking profile (3), the third rim (19) configured to fit in the second groove (11) of a second panel (2) thereby locking the second panel (2) to the first panel (1), characterised in that at least the second rim (18) is continuous along the entire length of the locking profile (3). Further described is a method of manufacturing the set of panels.
Abstract:
A combination frame material comprises an outer frame and an inner frame. The outer frame has an outer side and an inner side, with the inner side provided with two parallel combining grooves with a middle pillar disposed therebetween for dividing the two combining grooves. The inner frame has two parallel combining parts for being transversely received in the two combining grooves, with a pillar groove disposed between the two combining parts for receiving the middle pillar. Thus, the outer frame and the inner frame are allowed to be combined easily and efficiently.
Abstract:
Building panels, such as floorboards, provided with a mechanical locking system. The mechanical locking system includes a displacement groove at a first edge of a first floorboard and a tongue groove at a second edge of a second floorboard. A tongue is arranged in the displacement groove and is configured to cooperate, in a second position, with the tongue groove for vertical locking of the first and the second edge. The tongue includes, in a first position, an inner element and an outer element. The inner element is removable along the displacement groove, and is configured to cooperate with the outer element to obtain a displacement of the outer element towards the tongue groove and thereby obtain the second position. The inner element and the outer element vertically overlap each other.
Abstract:
A floor panel and a floating floor system include a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface has a visible decorative pattern and the bottom surface has a recess which extends about the periphery of the bottom surface. The recess has a recess surface. The floor panel includes a joining member with a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface of the joining member is adhered to the recess surface of the recess. The bottom surface of the joining member and the bottom surface of the floor panel are essentially flush which each other. The use of the joining member does not create any imprints on the top surface of the floor panel.
Abstract:
A fastening device template for joining mosaic pieces together having two variants that are easy to install by unskilled labor so as to help them achieve professional result. The device can be for assembling individual planks that together make up a floor covering such as solid wood flooring and engineered flooring, or it can be used for tiles. It can also be used to assemble individual parts which, together, create a piece of furniture. In this application, the generic term “mosaic” or “mosaic units” will be used to describe the individual pieces which, as indicated hereinabove, have a multitude of possible uses. Mosaic units can be assembled in all possible XYZ plans: side-to-side, side-to-face, side-to-end, end-to-end, end-to-face. In order to do so, the invention has an elongated clip core. At least one wing member attached to and extending a portion of the length of the clip core, and resilient leg members adapted to be frictionally inserted within a groove of a mosaic piece.
