摘要: A pixel includes first through sixth transistors and an organic light emitting diode. The first transistor includes a gate electrode connected to a first node, a first electrode, and a second electrode connected to a second node. The second transistor provides a data signal to the first node in response to a scan signal. The third transistor provides a first power voltage to the first transistor in response to an emission control signal. The fourth transistor provides a reference voltage to the first node in response to a voltage control signal. The fifth transistor provides the reference voltage to the first node in response to an initialization control signal. The sixth transistor provides an initialization voltage to the second node in response to the initialization control signal. The organic light emitting diode is connected between the second node and a second power voltage.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display panel, a driving method thereof and an organic light-emitting display device are provided. The organic light-emitting display panel includes a pixel driving circuit comprising an organic light-emitting element, a driving module, an initialization module, a data write-in module, and a light-emitting control module. The driving module includes a control end, a first end and a second end. The light-emitting control module is configured to transmit a signal to the second end of the driving module. The driving module is configured to drive the organic light-emitting element to emit light based on the signal transmitted by the light-emitting control module. The initialization module is configured to initialize a voltage level of the control end and a voltage level of the first end of the driving module. The data write-in module is configured to write a data signal into the control end of the driving module.

摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate including a display area configured to display an image and the display area includes first and second regions. A plurality of OLEDs are formed in the display area and separated from one another, and a plurality of pixel circuits are formed in the display area and include first and second pixel circuits respectively formed in the first and second regions. First and second contact holes are respectively formed in the first and second pixel circuits, each pixel circuit including thin film transistors (TFTs) including first and second TFTs and electrically connected to the OLEDs. Each pixel circuit includes a node line configured to electrically connect the first TFT to the second TFT through the first and second contact holes, and the first contact hole of is different from the second contact hole.

摘要: A pixel circuit, an organic electroluminescent display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The pixel circuit comprises: a light-emitting device (D1), a drive control module (1), a reset control module (2), a charge control module (3) and a light-emitting control module (4). The reset control module (2) is used for resetting the light-emitting device (D1) in an internal compensation mode, and exporting a current signal of the drive control module (1) for driving the light-emitting device (D1) and comparing the same with a preset standard current value to determine a compensation factor in an external compensation mode. The charge control module (3) is used for charging and writing a data signal (Data) into the drive control module (1) in the internal compensation mode and writing the data signal (Data) into the drive control module (1) in the external compensation mode. The light-emitting control module (4) is used for charging the drive control module (1) and controlling the drive control module (1) to drive the light-emitting device (D1) to emit light in the internal compensation mode, and controlling the drive control module (1) to drive the light-emitting device (D1) to emit light in the external compensation mode. Therefore, a same pixel circuit can be shared for both internal compensation and external compensation.

摘要: A touch display circuit and a display device are provided. The touch display circuit comprises a photosensitive touch unit (11), a driving unit (12), a threshold compensating unit (13) and a display unit (14). The photosensitive touch unit (11) generates a second detection signal under a control of a second scanning signal terminal (S2) when a first scanning signal terminal (S1) inputs a first detection signal. The threshold compensating unit (13) outputs a control voltage to a control terminal (d1) of the driving unit (12), outputs an operating voltage to an input terminal (d2) of the driving unit (12), and compensates a threshold voltage of the driving unit (12) by using the control voltage under control of a third scanning line signal terminal (S3), a fourth scanning line signal terminal (S4) and a data line (Data). The driving unit (12) outputs a driving current to the display unit (14) via an output terminal (d3) under control of the control voltage and the operating voltage. The display unit (14) is driven to emit light by the driving current under control of the fifth scanning signal terminal (S5). By using the touch display circuit, photosensitive in cell touch technology can be integrated into an AMOLED display.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit, its driving methods, an OLED display panel and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a driving controlling unit configured to, under the control of a first scanning signal and a second scanning signal, charge or discharge a first storage capacitor through a first level, a second level and a data voltage, so as to compensate for a threshold voltage of a driving transistor with a gate-to-source voltage of the driving transistor when an OLED is driven by the driving transistor to emit light; and a touch controlling unit including a touch sensor and configured to, under the control of the first scanning signal and the second scanning signal, sense by the touch sensor whether or not a touch is made and transmit a corresponding touch sensing signal to a touch signal reading line.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display panel and driving method thereof, and an organic light-emitting display device are provided. The organic light-emitting display panel comprises a plurality of pixel driving circuits including a first pixel driving circuit, and a second pixel driving circuit disposed adjacent to the first pixel driving circuit along a row direction of the pixel matrix. The first pixel driving circuit is connected to a first scanning signal line, and the second pixel driving circuit is connected to a second scanning signal line. The first and the second pixel driving circuits share a same data line that is configured to time-sharingly provide an initialization signal to the first and the second pixel driving circuits, time-sharingly detect threshold voltages of driving transistors in the first and the second pixel driving circuits, and time-sharingly provide a compensated data signal to the first and the second pixel driving circuits.
