    摘要: A resonator, a filter, and a duplexer are provided which are capable of very effectively suppressing the power loss caused by the edge effect, and which allow a great reduction in the overall size to be achieved. Also, a communication device including the above-mentioned filter or duplexer is provided. A ground electrode is formed over the bottom surface of a dielectric substrate, and a multiple spiral line pattern is formed on the top surface thereof. A radial line pattern is further formed on this surface with an insulation layer interposed therebetween. By thus disposing the radial pattern adjacently to the multiple spiral resonator constituted of the above-mentioned multiple spiral line, an electrostatic capacitance is added to the multiple spiral resonator. This reduces the occupation area of the resonator on the substrate, and improves the loss reduction effect.

    摘要: A dielectric filter and a dielectric duplexer have structures for coupling between resonators, in which a range for determining the coupling strength between the resonators can be broadened and the polarity of the coupling can be changed. In addition, a communication apparatus incorporating the dielectric filter or the dielectric duplexer can be provided. Inside a dielectric member, resonance line holes having resonance lines formed on the inner surfaces thereof are disposed. Both ends of each of the resonance line holes are open-circuited. The inner diameter of each of the resonance line holes is changed at some point in the longitudinal direction of each resonance line to form a stepped part.

In the high-frequency filter device, which is connected to a receiver-side antenna, a signal monitoring section monitors unnecessary interfering signals of a received signal of a receiver of the wireless apparatus and generates a control signal for reception by an adaptive control algorithm, and a control section controls a band elimination filter by a control voltage signal based on the control signal so that an elimination band of the band elimination filter of the receiving filter maximizes a ratio of a desired received signal to interfering waves.

    摘要: A method is disclosed which allows the electrical characteristics of a microstrip line filter or the like to be reliably measured using a two-dimensional measuring jig, even if components thereof to be measured are small in size and are not discrete components. A first ground electrode is formed substantially over the entire bottom surface of a dielectric substrate, and resonator electrodes are disposed on the top surface of the dielectric substrate. Input/output electrodes are each connected to a first-stage resonator electrode and a last-stage resonator electrode. Second ground electrodes conductively connected to the first ground electrode are disposed beside each of the input/output electrodes. By this structure, each of the input/output portions is provided with a grounded coplanar guide configuration.

    摘要: In a dual-mode filter, this invention is capable of optionally setting an attenuation pole frequency with maintaining a passbandwidth of the filter by selecting a combination of an angle between input/output ports and a size of a stub perturbation. The dual-mode filter includes a circular resonator formed on a dielectric substrate, a pair of input/output ports connected to the circular resonator through a capacitance formed on the substrate at a symmetrical position with respect to a symmetry plane passing through a center of the circular shape of the circular resonator, and stub poles are formed on the substrate radially extending along the symmetry plane from opposite positions of the circular resonator in the diametrical direction with each other. The pair of input/output ports are formed with defining an angle different from a right angle therebetween. When the angle between the pair of input/output ports is smaller or greater than 90°, an attenuation pole frequency can optionally be set by this angle and the size of the stub perturbation.
