摘要: Various examples are provided for wireless power transfer to implants. In one example, a system includes a radio frequency (RF) power source and a transmitter (TX) array comprising an excitation coil and resonant coils distributed about the excitation coil. The TX array can transfer power from the RF power source to a biomedical implant inserted below a skin surface of a subject when the TX array is positioned on the skin surface adjacent to the biomedical implant. A receiver (RX) coil of the biomedical implant can inductively couple with the TX array for the power transfer. The resonant coils can allow power transfer when the RX coil is not aligned with the excitation coil.

In some embodiments, a wireless power transmission system comprises an antenna array comprising a plurality of antennas and a transceiver module configured to receive a plurality of beaconing signals via the antenna array from a wireless client during a beacon cycle. The system also comprises a controller configured to measure a phase of each of the plurality of beaconing signals and determine a transmit phase configuration for each of the antennas, and a transceiver module configured to send signals to the antenna array based on the transmit phase configuration for delivery of wireless power to the wireless client.

摘要: An optimization method for UAV-based wireless information and energy transmission includes following steps: S1: reporting, by a wireless device, an energy state of the wireless device to a UAV; S2: detecting, by the UAV, a channel state between the UAV and the wireless device; and S3: selecting, by the UAV, an optimal action based on estimated revenue maximization according to an electric quantity of the UAV, an electric quantity of the wireless device, and the channel state. The use of the wireless device can reduce wiring costs, beautify the space, and ensure a smaller size and a lower power. By applying the UAV to information and energy transmission for the wireless devices, the data transmission rate and the energy conversion efficiency of networks are improved.

摘要: A wireless power supply system may comprise a wireless power transmitting circuit configured to transmit radio-frequency (RF) signals, and a wireless power receiving circuit configured to convert power from the RF signals into a direct-current (DC) output voltage stored in an energy storage element. The wireless power transmitting circuit may be electrically or magnetically coupled to an antenna and/or electrical wiring of a building for transmitting the RF signals. The wireless power transmitting circuit may be housed in an enclosure that is affixed in a relative location with respect to the wireless power receiving circuit. The antenna may comprise two antenna wires that extend from the enclosure. The wireless power receiving circuit may be electrically or magnetically coupled to an antenna for receiving the RF signals. The wireless power receiving circuit may comprise an RF-to-DC converter circuit for converting the power from the RF signals into a DC output voltage.

The processor may be configured to perform a control to form an RF wave of a first beam width via the plurality of patch antennas, receive, from an electronic apparatus, via the communication circuit, sensing data for at least one of a movement of the electronic apparatus or an orientation of the electronic apparatus, and adjust a beam width of the RF wave formed by the plurality of patch antennas from the first beam width to a second beam width at least on the basis of the received sensing data.

摘要: A batteryless wireless sensor system includes a data acquisition system, a radio frequency (RF) transceiver, and a batteryless wireless sensor device. The RF transceiver is in communication with the data acquisition system, transmits a RF signal, and receives sensor data and provide the sensor data to the data acquisition system. The batteryless wireless sensor device includes a RF transmitter, an analog to digital converter (ADC), and a sensor. The batteryless wireless sensor harvests energy from the RF signal and generates a DC signal based on the energy harvested from the RF signal, powers up and operates the ADC and the sensor based on the DC signal, and generates sensor data. The batteryless wireless sensor then transmits the sensor data via the RF transmitter to the RF transceiver. In certain examples, the ADC is implemented as a current mode ADC.

摘要: A device includes a signaling means and a motion sensor, and logic for activating or controlling the signaling means in response to a sensed motion according to an embedded logic. The device may be used as a toy, and may be shaped like a play ball or as a handheld unit. It may be powered from a battery, either chargeable from an AC power source directly or contactless by using induction or by converting electrical energy from harvested kinetic energy. The embedded logic may activate or control the signaling means, predictably or randomly, in response to sensed acceleration magnitude or direction, such as sensing the crossing of a preset threshold or sensing the peak value. The visual means may be a numeric display for displaying a value associated with the count of the number of times the threshold has been exceeded or the peak magnitude of the acceleration sensed.
