摘要: A modular electric induction heating and coating apparatus and method for coating, heating and/or coating and heating (and vice versa) the exterior surface of a pipe section within a pipe treatment region is provided. The apparatus comprises an interchangeable central main frame assembly removably attached to an outer drive frame assembly on each side of the central main frame assembly. An interchangeable induction coil assembly can be mounted in a coil main frame assembly of the central main frame assembly. The coil main frame assembly can close around a pipe section for electric induction heating of the pipe section within the pipe treatment region via a driver system in a central top drive frame assembly. The outer drive frame assemblies include mounting and rotational drive assemblies for interchangeable coating head cartridges that can coat the section of the pipe in the pipe treatment region.

摘要: A magnetic induction heating element is used for outputting a magnetic field corresponding to an electrical current passing through the magnetic induction element. The magnetic induction element is placed close to or attached to a vessel in which a material containing a mixture of solids and liquids is to be processed to reduce the volume of liquid in the solid through evaporation. A current delivery circuit directs electrical current through the magnetic induction element. A sensor, such as a thermocouple, provides feedback to a controller about the progress of the material being processed in the vessel. A controller receives the signal from the thermocouple and inputs from an operator and outputs signals to the current delivery circuit to change the electric current being directed to the magnetic induction element, thus allowing the system to operation automatically.

摘要: The present invention provides a heating device for evaporation of an OLED material, which includes a crucible (1) for receiving and containing therein an OLED material (10), a lower heating coil (2) surrounding outside an outer circumference of the body section (11) of the crucible (1), an upper heating coil (3) surrounding outside an outer circumference of the top cover section (13) of the crucible (1), a lower thermally conductive temperature homogenizing sleeve (4) arranged between the body section (11) and the lower heating coil (2), an upper thermally conductive temperature homogenizing sleeve (5) arranged between the top cover section (13) and the upper heating coil (3), and a thermal insulation ring (6) arranged between the upper and lower thermally conductive temperature homogenizing sleeves (5, 4). The upper and lower heating coils (3, 2) are each connected to a power supply for individually controlling a heating temperature of each of the top cover section (13) and the body section (11). The heating device prevents gaseous molecules of the OLED material (10) from getting condensed and solidified at a gas release hole (131) of the crucible (1) so as to prevent jamming and blocking of the gas release hole (131).

摘要: An induction heating system includes interchangeable secondary induction heating assemblies and/or secondary induction heating coil flux concentrators that are specifically configured for the particular type of weld being created and/or the particular weld joint where the weld is created. For example, the secondary induction heating assemblies and/or secondary induction heating coil flux concentrators may have specific physical configurations (e.g., shapes, contours, etc.) and/or include specific materials (e.g., ferrites) that are well suited for the particular type of weld being created and/or the particular weld joint where the weld is created. In certain embodiments, a robotic positioning system may be configured to move the secondary induction heating coil to an induction heating coil changing station to, for example, detach the secondary induction heating coil, and attach another secondary induction heating coil, thereby facilitating different secondary induction heating coils to be used for induction heating of different types of welds, for example. In addition, in certain embodiments, the robotic positioning system may be configured to move the secondary induction heating coil to the induction heating coil changing station to, for example, detach the secondary induction heating coil flux concentrator, and attach another secondary induction heating coil flux concentrator.

摘要: An inductive heating device is structured such that a coil base and ferrites placed under a heating coil in the vertical direction are flushed with each other at their lower surfaces and are directly placed on a heat dissipation plate. A heat conductive member is charged between the ferrites and an electrical insulating member sandwiched between the heating coil and the ferrites, at least at a portion thereof, so that thickness variations in the ferrites are absorbed thereby, which realizes a state where they are thermally coupled to each other from the heating coil to the heat dissipation plate.

摘要: An induction heating system comprises inductive rings, which in one example are concentrically wound about a center axis to form a coil array. The inductive rings are situated in the coil array to permit activation of the inductive rings independent of the other inductive rings in the coil array. In one embodiment, the induction heating system includes a control structure with a power supply and switches coupled to each of the inductive rings, wherein activation of the switches permits current from the power supply to flow to the corresponding inductive ring. The induction heating system is amenable to appliances such as ovens and ranges, as well as to cooktops such as free-standing cooktops for countertops.
