摘要: A compressor is provided having an accumulator that forms an accumulating chamber in an internal space of a shell of the compressor, reducing a size and simplifying an assembly process. A stationary shaft having a refrigerant suction passage may be directly connected to the accumulator to prevent leakage of refrigerant. A center of gravity of the accumulator may correspond to a center of gravity of the compressor to reduce vibration caused by the accumulator. An eccentric portion may be provided at the stationary shaft to secure a spacious compression space. Both ends of the stationary shaft may be supported by a frame to reduce vibration. A rotor and a cylinder may be coupled with a bearing to reduce cylinder deformation. An installation area of the compressor may be minimized to enhance design flexibility of an outdoor device employing the compressor and minimize interference with other components.

摘要: Low-pressure screw compressor provided with a rotor housing (2) with an inlet side and an outlet side, and enclosing two rotor bodies (3 and 4) including shafts (5, 7 respectively) and screws (6, 8 respectively) mounted on the shafts. The rotor shafts (5 or 7) are bearing-mounted in the rotor housing (2), with the bearing mountings on the inlet side of the rotor housing each using a single loose bearing and the bearing mountings on the outlet side of the rotor housing each using a single fixed cylindrical roller bearing. Spring devices acting on the bearing mountings at the inlet side urge the shafts and rotors toward the outlet side to maintain minimum clearance between the rotors and the housing at the outlet side of the rotors.

摘要: A vane motor comprises a casing and a vane rotor being mounted in the casing. A friction brake device is arranged in the casing and it is intended for braking, stopping and releasing the vane rotor. At least one of the two end faces of the vane rotor is part of the brake device and forms a friction pair with a braking surface of a brake element of the brake device. The brake element is arranged next to the said end face of the vane rotor and is axially movable upon actuation of the friction brake device for braking, stopping and releasing the vane rotor.

摘要: A slide bearing for a gear pump or the like has a lubrication groove provided in the surface of the cylinder forming the slide bearing. The lubrication groove is constructed to be ending flatly in the area of that edge which, with respect to the shaft rotating direction acts as an inlet edge into the slot between the slide bearing and the shaft. Thus, it is achieved that the slide bearing is sufficiently lubricated also by fluid which flows at a higher viscosity and has an unknown elastic performance.

摘要: A rotary compressor with enmeshment between a helically geared male rotor and a helically geared female rotor. The bearing housings on the drive side (3) and the pressure side (15) have spigots (14) which protrude into the bores inside of the rotors (12, 12a). The rotors (12, 12a) are mounted on the drive side in plain bearings (6, 22) as well as in radial bearings (9, 21) and are anchored with securing elements by means of shaft nuts (10, 19). On the mounting on the pressure side (15) radial bearings (16, 17) are used to mount the rotors (12, 12a). A torsion shaft (4) for the clutch half of the compressor drive (1) is guided through a bore on the drive side in the bearing housing (3) and in one of the four spigots (14). The torsion shaft (4), furthermore, could be coupled with the rotor (12) at the pressure side of the bearing housing (15).

摘要: A gear pump comprises rotors disposed in roller bearings. For the delivery of very viscous polymer meltings, bearings surfaces of at least one of inner races, outer races of the bearings and bearing surfaces of roller elements are made of a steel with a high-temperature stability. Bearing takes place on material pairings consisting of one of S6-5-2 high-speed steel and silicon nitride Si.sub.3 N.sub.4. The roller bearings are either unlubricated or lubricated by a lubricant remaining in the bearing, preferably a solid-substance lubrication. A distance of supported shafts, from a gearwheel face to a supporting area of the shafts, determined by the outer contact point in the roller bearing, is smaller than twice the median diameter of the shafts therealong.

The barrel shaped band portion is formed on the sub frame bushing.

摘要: A housing for a pump having a cavity therein formed by first and second side walls connected to first and second semicircular end walls. A pair of intermeshing gear members are journaled in a floating bearing and a fixed bearing are located in the cavity. The intermeshing gear members respond to a clockwise rotary torque to pressurize fluid in transporting a fluid from an entrance chamber to a discharge chamber. The fluid in the discharge chamber acts on and urges the floating bearing and fixed bearing into engagement with portions of the first and second semicircular end walls and first side wall to seal the entrance chamber from the discharge chamber. The intermeshing gear members respond to a counterclockwise torque by transporting fluid from the discharge chamber to the entrance chamber to develop an internal fluid pressure. The internal fluid pressure acts on and urges the floating and fixed bearings toward the first and second semicircular end walls and second side wall. The housing has an axial slot that extends from a first point in the first semicircular wall, and through the second side wall to a second point in the second semicircular wall such that the floating and fixed bearing do not seal the discharge chamber from the entrance chamber and as a result the development of the internal pressure is limited to a function of the depth of the axial slot.
