摘要: A high-voltage DC circuit breaker for breaking a current that flows in a DC line, including: a main switch, installed on the DC line, for breaking a current of the DC line by opening when a fault occurs on one side or a remaining side of the DC line; a nonlinear resistor connected in parallel with the main switch; an LC circuit that is connected in parallel with the main switch and includes a capacitor and a reactor, which are connected in series in order to generate LC resonance; a first bidirectional switching element, connected to the LC circuit in series, for switching a bidirectional current flow; and a second bidirectional switching element, connected in parallel with the LC circuit, for switching a current flow to induce LC resonance in both directions.

摘要: Embodiments relate to a device and method for protecting an electrical system component of a vehicle electrical system. The device comprises a semiconductor switch connected to the electrical system component. A circuit connected to the semiconductor switch comprises a detection unit for detecting an electrical malfunction of the vehicle electrical system and an activation unit for activating the semiconductor switch. A control unit communicatively connected to the circuit is configured to switch the semiconductor switch into a first safe state, in which the semiconductor switch is switched off, based on the detection of an electrical malfunction, and to selectively switch the semiconductor switch into the first safe state or into a second safe state, in which the semiconductor switch is switched on, based on at least one predetermined vehicle state.

摘要: A current flows between the drains of FETs, which function as a switch. A first constant current circuit causes a constant current to flow from the FET side of a resistor to the other side thereof. A first comparator outputs a high level voltage to the control section if the electric potential at the drain of the FET is higher than the electric potential at one end, on the first constant current circuit side, of the resistor. Furthermore, the first comparator outputs a low level voltage to the control section if the electric potential at the drain of the FET is lower than the electric potential at one end, on the first constant current circuit side, of the resistor. The control section turns the FETs off when the first comparator outputs the low level voltage. Furthermore, the control section changes the current that is caused to flow through the resistor by the first constant current circuit.

摘要: An electric wire protection device comprising a pyrotechnic cutoff switch disposed between an electric wire connecting a load and a vehicle-mounted power supply that is connected to a reference potential. The pyrotechnic cutoff switch is disposed between the electric wire and has: a conductive part through which current between the vehicle-mounted power supply and the load flows; a cutting blade cuts the conductive part; a drive part, actuated by gunpowder, propels the cutting blade in a direction in which the conductive part is to be cut; and first and second terminals that input and output current that drives the drive part. In addition, the electric wire protection device comprises: a conductive wire having one end thereof connected to the electric wire and the other end thereof connected to the first terminal; and a diode having an anode connected to the reference potential and a cathode connected to the second terminal.
