Abstract:
An adaptor (8) for an axle where the axle defines the centre of rotation for transmission of the rotational movement to at least one access or attachment point (6), which is eccentric with the axis of rotation, where the adaptor (8) is disc-shape with an outer perimeter (7) and an inner perimeter (9), where the inner perimeter (9) has a shape which fits the axle, and furthermore where the adaptor (8) includes securing means for securing the adaptor (8) to the axle. This adaptor (8) is distinctive by a cut-out (10) connects the inner perimeter (9) with the outer perimeter (7), and the securing means consist of a shank portion (15) and a tread portion (14) where the shank portion (15) is larger than the tread portion (14). Hereby reducing the permanent deformation of the adaptor (8) as well as the axle as the shank portion (15) will provide most of the elasticity for the clamping force rendering it possible to transmit torque as well as reduce angle deformation.
Abstract:
Lighting apparatus includes an effect wheel which is mounted on a rotation mechanism. The rotation mechanism is mounted on a mechanism which moves the effect wheel from a position outside of the light path to a position in which the effect wheel intersects the light path to provide a continuous wheel effect. The translation mechanism can move the effect wheel between positions in which the effect wheel crosses the light path in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction, respectively. The apparatus allows a continuous wheel effect to be added to a multi-purpose luminaire and also allows the direction of travel of the continuous wheel effect across the illuminated field to be continuously varied.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual function light controller for a lighting system comprising a number of light emitting devices. The dual function light controller acts in a stand-alone mode of operation as an independent light controller controlling the lighting system and acts in a peripheral mode of operation act as a peripheral device which at least partially is controlled by a main controller controlling the lighting system. The dual function light controller comprises user switching means enabling a user to switch between the stand-alone mode of operation and the peripheral mode of operation. The present invention relates also to a lighting system comprising such dual function light control device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an illumination device including a number of LEDs and a processor for receiving an input signal and generating an activation signal for at least one of the LEDs based on the input signal. The illumination device further comprises an LED driver for obtaining the voltage across and current through the LED. The processor may generate the activation signal based on the voltage, the current and a current-voltage model related to the LED. The current-voltage model defines a relationship between the current, the voltage and the colorimetric properties of light emitted by the LED. The present invention relates also to a method of controlling and a method of calibrating such an illumination device.
Abstract:
An entertainment system (1019, 2) having a fluid system with a smoke generator (1007, 4), the smoke generator being supplied from at least one pump (1005, 8, 10) connected to at least one container for fluid (1003, 12, 14), which at least one pump (1005, 8, 10) is controlled by a controller (1009, 6), wherein the controller is adapted to perform a shutdown process upon malfunctioning of at least a part of the entertainment system. The shutdown process performs a purge of at least part of the fluid system. Furthermore, a method of operating the entertainment system (1001, 2), has the steps of performing a shutdown process upon malfunctioning of at least a part of the entertainment system, the shutdown process including the step of purging (2009, 3003a, 3003b) at least a part of said fluid system.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an illumination device comprising a base, a yoke connected to and rotatable relative to the base and a head connected to and rotatable relative to the yoke. The head comprises at least one light source generating light a light beam and wherein the light sources are arranged in a bucket shaped outer shell. The present invention relates also to a method of manufacturing such moving head light fixture. Further the present invention relates to a moving head light fixture where the head comprises a number of light sources generating a light beam; means for receiving user input from a user; and means for providing visual feedback to the user.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an illumination device comprising a number of light sources and a number light collecting means, where the light collecting means collect light generated by the first light sources and convert the light into a source light beam propagating primarily along a primary optical axis. At least one light modifier is positioned along the primary optical axis and reflect at least a part of the light. A first light source comprises a light converting material capable of converting light into longer wavelengths and a second light source generates light having at least one spectral component which can be converted by the converting material of the first light source. The first and said second light source are mutually positioned in relation to the primary optical axis such that at least a part of a the second source light beam hits the first light source after being reflected by said light modifier.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a framing system for delimiting a light beam. The framing system comprises a base support rotatable supporting a frame support. The frame support comprises: a number of shutter blades surrounding the light beam; a number of actuators adapted to moved the shutter blades in and out of said light beam. The framing system comprises further rotatable electric connecting means, the rotatable electric connecting enabling transferring of electric energy between said frame support and said base support during rotation of said frame support in relation to said base support. The present invention relates also to a light fixture comprising the framing system and a method of delimiting a light beam.
