A navigation system includes a plurality of navigation devices and a server. The plurality of navigation devices is used for generating a plurality of position data respectively. Each navigation device generates at least one path data according to the plurality of position data and at least one corresponding electronic map and transmits the path data to the server. Then, the server calculates at least one optimum path data and updates the plurality of navigation devices according to the optimum path data.
Abstract:
A method for controlling the fan speed by detecting different power supplies of a mobile electronic device is proposed. When an external power source is used for mobile electronic device and detected by the embedded controller, the first fan control table is used to control the fan speed to increase the heat dissipation capability of the mobile electronic device. When battery power is used as the power source and detected by the embedded controller, a second fan control table is used to control the fan speed to extend the battery life. The first fan control table and the second fan control table become the relation control table between the temperature of the processor and the fan speed or the relation fan control table between the temperature of the processor and the input voltage of the fan for controlling the fan speed according to the temperature of the processor.

An auto lock system for bicycles includes a leveling detection member for detecting level status of the bicycle, a locking member for locking a rotational part of the bicycle, at least one detection member for detecting one of the rotational parts of the bicycle, and a control member which receives information from the leveling detection member and the at least one detection member so as to activate the locking member. The locking member can be installed to lock the front or rear wheels or the handlebar.

A solid-state light emitting display and a fabrication method thereof are proposed. The light emitting display includes a metallic board formed with conductive circuits, and a plurality of luminous microcrystals disposed on a surface of the metallic board and electrically connected to the conductive circuits. The metallic board provides the features of lightness and thinness, and flexibility, and the luminous microcrystals are in the form of light emitting components, so as to improve the luminous efficiency of display and attain the effect of environmental protection and energy saving, thereby providing display technology with performance satisfactory for various display requirements.

A method for the improved electroplating of copper onto a copper seed layer provides treating the surface of a copper seed layer with nitrogen or another anaerobic gas. In another aspect, a burnishing treatment is used to enhance the platability of the copper seed layer. According to another aspect, the seed layer is annealed either at an elevated temperature or for an extended time at room temperature. According to another aspect, the seed layer surface is exposed to a chemical solution that includes a surfactant, chemicals that dissolve contaminants, or both. In another aspect, the deposition of the copper seed layer may be tailored to produce a surface morphology more suited to electroplating. Following the treatment of the seed layer, the copper layer that is electroplated onto the seed layer exhibits improved quality.

A cooler module mounted on a CPU on a circuit board inside a computer is disclosed to include a mounting base frame, which is made of a thermal conductive material and has a heat-transfer zone disposed in contact with the CPU and two arms respectively extended from two sides of the heat-transfer zone and affixed to the circuit board and two eyelet lugs vertically extended from two sides of the distal end of one of the two arms, a heat pipe, which has one end supported on the heat-transfer zone of the mounting base frame, an elongated retaining member, which has two lugs disposed at one end thereof and respectively fastened to the eyelet lugs of the mounting base frame, and a buffer member fastened to the heat-transfer zone to hold down heat pipe on the heat-transfer zone.

A graphics processing system for processing an input image to an output image. A memory buffer includes a number of line buffers for storing the input image. A sampling controller samples sampling points of the input image, scales the input image by a sampling polynomial equation, and generates a scaled image. A window filter filters the scaled image by a filter polynomial equation to generate the output image. A memory controller determines the number of the line buffers according to the sampling polynomial equation and the filter polynomial equation.
