    摘要: A broadcast transistor includes an amplifier transistor, and a negative feedback circuit connected to the amplifier transistor. A collector bias current in the amplifier transistor is switched to high and low within a range larger than a range of a current exhibiting the minimum noise figure, and the amount of feedback performed by the negative feedback circuit is changed in association with the switching of the collector bias current. When the collector bias current is switched to high, the amount of feedback becomes large; when the collector bias current is switched to low, the amount of feedback becomes small.

    摘要: The intermediate frequency signal based on the analog television signal and the intermediate frequency signal based on the digital television signal can be supplied to the intermediate frequency circuit without being distorted and with characteristics needed to the transfer of the analog television signal and the digital television signal. The television tuner contains a first SAW filter 29a to which a first intermediate frequency signal is input, a second SAW filter 30a to which a second intermediate frequency signal is input, a distributor 25 inserted between the intermediate frequency amplifier 22 and the first and second SAW filters 29a and 30a. The input port of the distributor 25 is connected to the ground by a reactance element 26, and the reactance value of the reactance element 25 is switched so as to have a conjugation relationship with the reactance component of the respective input impedance of the first and second SAW filters 29a and 30a.

The bias voltages are given negative temperature characteristics, and a variation in the oscillation frequency caused by a change in the capacitance values of the varactor diodes due to a temperature variation is corrected by varying the bias voltages corresponding to the temperature variation.

    摘要: A variable gain amplifying circuit includes a gate-grounded amplifying FET and a collector-grounded amplifying transistor. A gate voltage of the FET and a base voltage of the transistor are adjusted by a supplied AGC voltage. When an input RF signal has small amplitude, the gate voltage is increased by a high AGC voltage so as to increase a main current of the FET, thereby increasing a signal gain of the FET. When the input RF signal has large or medium amplitude, the gate voltage is decreased by a low AGC voltage so as to decrease a main current of the FET, thereby decreasing the signal gain of the FET.
