    摘要: An array substrate for a liquid crystal display (LCD) device. An exemplary embodiment of an array substrate comprises a transparent substrate. A plurality of first and second conductive lines overlies the transparent substrate and cross over each other, thereby defining a plurality of display regions. At least one first spacer overlies a portion of the first or second conductive lines, wherein the first spacer is not formed over an intersection of the first and second conductive lines. A pixel electrode layer overlies the display regions, wherein the first spacer partially covers the pixel electrode layer.

    摘要: A TFT array substrate is disclosed. In the pixel structure of the TFT array substrate, patterned transparent conductive layers are disposed under a first metal layer (M1) and a second metal layer (M2) and most areas of the M1 and M2 are substituted by the patterned transparent conductive layers. So, the pixel structure has high aperture ratio and large storage capacitance. Besides, a scan bonding pad on the TFT array substrate includes a first patterned transparent conductive layer (T1), the M1 and a third patterned transparent conductive layer (T3). The M1 is disposed on the T1, and the T3 is electrically connected to the T1 via a contact hole in the M1. So, the contact resistance of the scan bonding pad is small. The data bonding pad on the TFT array substrate has similar design. Moreover, fabricating methods of TFT array substrates are also provided.

    摘要: A security and protection system is provided for a mobile communication device. When the device is turned on, upon detecting that the SIN card is invalid or is not installed or has been replaced, the system automatically locks a database of personal data of the device or limits or prohibits the use of some or all functions of the device. Further, the device may designate one or more external devices so that when a protection control unit of the device is activated, the device may only accept control instructions issued from the designated external device. Further, when the device detects a replacement SIM card is inserted, the device automatically transmits data and phone number of the replacement SIM card to the designated device to allow an original owner of the device to issue control instructions or making communication with the device.

    摘要: A liquid crystal panel structure includes a liquid crystal panel, a plurality of first and second contact terminals, and a plurality of first and second peripheral wirings.
