    Abstract: A data sending method, a data receiving method, a device, and a system, the receiving method including receiving indication information from a network device, where the indication information indicates a first resource used to transmit uplink data, and where the first resource overlaps with a first early data transmission (EDT) physical random access channel resource, and delaying, in response to determining that a preset condition is satisfied, transmission of the uplink data, where the delaying transmission of the uplink data comprises sending the uplink data to the network device on a second resource, and where the second resource is non-overlapping with the first EDT physical random access channel resource.

    Abstract: An information sending and receiving method and a device, the sending method including generating a first signal, and sending the first signal on a first resource. The first resource includes a first part of resource elements (REs), and the first part of the REs comprises at least one of a first RE element or a second RE element. The first RE element comprises all REs corresponding to an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol 0, symbol 1, and symbol 2 in each of subframes 0, 5, and 9 of each radio frame on a first carrier, the second RE element comprises an REO, RE3, RE6, and RE9 in each of an OFDM symbol 4, 7, 8, and 11 in subframe 0 of each radio frame on the first carrier, and the first carrier is a carrier in a narrow band internet of things (NB-IoT) system.

In technical solutions provided in this application, a network device determines, from a plurality of wake-up signals that can wake up a to-be-woken-up terminal and that need to be monitored by the to-be-woken-up terminal for one PO, a target wake-up signal of the to-be-woken-up terminal, and sends the target wake-up signal to the to-be-woken-up terminal. If the terminal detects, for the one PO, at least one wake-up signal of the plurality of wake-up signals that can wake up the terminal and that need to be monitored by the terminal, the terminal monitors a downlink control channel at the PO.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a reference signal sending method, a reference signal receiving method, and an apparatus. A reference signal sending method includes: obtaining a reference signal sequence, where the reference signal sequence includes multiple bits and exclusive OR of every two bits separated by one bit in the multiple bits is 1; performing Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying GMSK modulation on the reference signal sequence; and sending a modulated reference signal sequence. In the embodiments of the present invention, a reference signal sequence is designed as a sequence in which exclusive OR of every two bits separated by one bit is 1, GMSK modulation is performed on the reference signal sequence, and the same reference signal sequence is used to perform channel estimation during GMSK demodulation. Compared with a case in which a pseudo random sequence is used as a pilot symbol, channel estimation accuracy is improved.

The method includes determining, by the terminal device according to a first broadcast message sent by the base station, a PCI of a target cell in which the terminal device is located and determining a first scrambling code according to the PCI of the target cell.
