The method for operating multi-channels of a V2X communication device according to an embodiment of the disclosure comprises the steps of: obtaining channel busy ratio (CBR) information on a reference channel and at least one service channel; selecting a first service channel to be channel-switched on the basis of the CBR information; channel-switching to the first service channel and measuring the CBR information on the first service channel; and transmitting a first transmission packet including first multi-channel CBR information over the first service channel.

The method includes, encoding, by an encoder, data in plural PLPs (Physical Layer Pipes); processing, by a framing and interleaving block, the encoded data in the plural PLPs, wherein the processing the encoded data further includes: time interleaving, by a time interleaver, the encoded data in the plural PLPs, frame mapping, by a framer, the time interleaved data onto at least one signal frame, and frequency interleaving, by a frequency interleaver, data in the at least one signal frame; and waveform modulating, by a waveform generation block, the frequency interleaved data in the at least one signal frame and transmitting, by the waveform generation block, broadcast signals having the waveform modulated data.

A method of a second user equipment (UE) for receiving sidelink data in a wireless communication system comprises receiving configuration information related to a resource pool for sidelink communication from a base station, receiving sidelink control information (SCI) from a first UE, and receiving the sidelink data from the first UE based on the SCI. The SCI is received based on a monitoring related to the SCI. Based on a slot in which the SCI is received, an active time related to sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) is determined. Based on a resource pool including the slot in which the SCI is received, whether to perform an operation related to the SL DRX is determined.

An embodiment is a method for operating a sidelink remote UE in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps in which the remote UE: receives information related to measurement and reporting from a base station; performs a measurement on one or more candidate relay UEs; performs measurement reporting to the base station; and performs a PC5 connection establishment procedure with a target relay UE determined on the basis of the measurement reporting, wherein the remote UE transmits a cause value, related to failure to establish the connection, to the base station on the basis of a connection failure related to the target relay UE, and maintains a connection with the base station.

A method for performing wireless communication by a first device and a device supporting same are proposed. For example, the first device may trigger an SR for requesting a first resource within a first SL DRX cycle. For example, the first device may trigger generation of an SL DRX command CE for stopping the SL DRX timer. For example, on the basis of the first resource being within an active time related to a second SL DRX cycle, the triggered SL DRX command MAC CE may be canceled.
