Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a network entity to calculate a relative clock drift between a Tx antenna panel and an Rx antenna panel that use different RF hardware/circuits (e.g., clocks). In one aspect, a network entity obtains a plurality of RTT measurements between a Tx antenna panel, a device with a known position, and an Rx antenna panel over a period of time, where the Tx antenna panel is associated with a first clock and the Rx antenna panel is associated with a second clock. The network entity obtains a first timing delay associated with the device based on the plurality of RTT measurements. The network entity calculates a clock offset between the Tx antenna panel and the Rx antenna panel based on the obtained first timing delay associated with the device.

In an aspect, the UE may input the second set of measurements into a trained machine learning (ML) model that outputs an estimated position of the UE. In an aspect, the UE receives the selection/prioritization criteria and/or the trained ML model from a network node.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a serving BS of a UE may transmit a PDCCH communication to the UE. The PDCCH communication triggers a partial RACH procedure, whereby a RACH transmission is performed. In some designs, the RACH transmission is for positioning, and positioning measurements are performed at the serving BS and (optionally) at one or more non-serving BSs. In some designs, measurement data based on the positioning measurements are conveyed to a position estimation entity (e.g., LMF), which performs a positioning estimate of the UE.

Abstract: Techniques are described for wireless communication. An orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) configuration of an uplink channel is identified for communications in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. An OFDMA waveform is generated based on the identified OFDMA configuration. The OFDMA waveform is communicated in a signal in the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. A virtual cell identifier of a first base station may be associated with transmissions between the first base station and a first user equipment (UE). A set of common resource blocks may be identified for transmission of a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) between the first base station and the first UE. A configuration of an uplink channel may be dynamically selected for uplink communications in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. A waveform may be generated based on the selected configuration. The waveform may be communicated in a signal in the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band.

Abstract: In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining that a positioning model error instance has occurred during a positioning occasion based on 1) a position uncertainty associated with a first position estimate satisfying positioning uncertainty error criteria, wherein the first position estimate is obtained during the positioning occasion by applying a first positioning model to radio frequency fingerprint (RFFP) measurements, 2) a positioning mismatch between the first position estimate of the UE and a second position estimate of the UE satisfying position mismatch error criteria, wherein the second position estimate of the UE is obtained during the positioning occasion by performing a positioning technique that does not use the first positioning model, or 3) any combination thereof; and determining that the first positioning model has failed based on a number of positioning model error instances satisfying positioning model failure criteria.
