The apparatus for a network management side in a wireless communication system includes comprises: an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a distribution-related user characteristic of a specific user equipment in a region served by the wireless communication system; and a determining unit, configured to determine, according to the user characteristic obtained by the obtaining unit, classification of resources in a wireless transmission resource pool to be used by the specific user equipment.

The method includes: a source device sends a request message to a base station, the request message being used for requesting the base station to allocating a resource; a node device that is synchronous with the source device sends synchronous information to at least one target device, so that the at least one target device establishes time synchronization with the source device according to the synchronous information, wherein the node device is a road-side device or an in-car device capable of communicating; the source device informs the at least one target device of a resource allocated by the base station; and the source device sends service information to the at least one target device by utilizing the resource.

The present disclosure relates to a communication device and a communication method. The communication device according to one embodiment comprises an acquisition unit, a determining unit, and a trigger unit. The acquisition unit is configured to acquire distribution information of user devices in a dynamic network, said user devices at least comprising a slave device, the slave device in device-to-device communication acquiring a communication service by means of a master device. The determined unit is configured to determining a re-configuration method of the dynamic network on the basis of the acquired information. In the wireless communication system, a master device provides a data forwarding service for one or plural slave devices, a master device side apparatus including: a monitoring unit, configured to monitor a predetermined trigger event relating to a change in state of the master device; a handover pre-measurement control unit, configured to respond to the predetermined trigger event by controlling the handover pre-measurement of the one or plural slave devices; and a handover measurement control unit, configured to control, based on the handover pre-measurement results, the handover measurement of the one or plural slave devices. The apparatus and method can accelerate start time of effective link handover in a dynamic network, reduce unnecessary link handover, and reduce delays and data loss caused by link failure.

Specifically, a spectrum management device is provided, which comprises one or more processors configured to estimate a future moving trajectory of a communication device based on a location of the communication device and an environment where the communication device is located, where the communication device is an unpredictable mobile device; determine a trajectory radiation area to be interfered by the communication device as it moves along the future moving trajectory; and instruct the communication device or an interfered device in the trajectory radiation area which is subjected to co-frequency interference with the communication device to perform an operation for reducing interference.

An apparatus and method in a wireless communication system. The apparatus includes a dynamic network planning trigger unit and a master user equipment selecting unit. The dynamic network planning trigger unit triggers, based on a predetermined trigger event, a dynamic network planning in an area managed by the apparatus. The dynamic network planning includes selection of a master user equipment used for device-to-device communication, and the master user equipment receives signals from a base station during the device-to-device communication process and relays signals between the base station and a slave user equipment. The master user equipment selecting unit selects, from user equipment in the area according to quality of channels between the user equipment and the base station, one or more user equipment as master user equipment, distances between the master user equipment being greater than the intervals.

The base station control apparatus includes an upper limit determination unit and a frequency band control unit; wherein the upper limit determination unit is configured to determine the upper limit of the estimated number of small cells using unlicensed frequency bands in a target region according to available unlicensed frequency band resources and estimated service volume in the target region; and the frequency band control unit is configured to control one or more small cells to use or stop using the unlicensed frequency bands according to the upper limit of the estimated number, so that the number of small cells operating at the unlicensed frequency bands is not greater than the upper limit of the estimated number.
