摘要: A connector comprises a connector housing with a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers and a rear holder which to be inserted into and coupled with a rear end of the connector housing for restricting pulling-up of terminals inserted respectively into the terminal accommodating chambers. A stopper body which is coupled on a rear section of the rear holder through a hinge section and which is interchangeable between a laid-down condition extending along an inserting direction of the rear holder and a standing-up condition which intersects with the laid-down condition is engaged with the rear end of the connector housing in a tentative locking state when the stopper body is biased into the standing-up condition. The stopper body is brought to the laid-down condition in a complete locking state so as to be accommodated within the rear end of the connector housing. A plurality of indication marks are displayed on a rear face of the stopper body when the stopper body is in the standing-up condition to indicate accommodation of the terminals into the respective terminal accommodating chambers.

摘要: In this invention, metal terminals are held by a connecting member, connectable to a connector housing, so as to stabilize the posture of each metal terminal, thereby facilitating the fitting thereof with its mating metal terminal.According to the present invention, a connector includes a connector housing for receiving metal terminals therein, and a terminal holder connected to the connector housing in a two-stage manner, that is, first in a provisionally-connected condition and then in a completely-connected condition. In the provisionally-connected condition, a flexible deformable plate of the terminal holder rests on push-up projections of the connector housing to thereby allow the insertion and withdrawal of the metal terminal relative to a terminal receiving chamber. In the completely-connected condition, a terminal holding portion on the flexible deformable plate urges and fixes the metal terminal.

摘要: A pair of electrical connectors for releasably connecting a first terminal with a second terminal, comprises: a first connector having a first terminal; a second connector having the second terminal; a manual lever having a base end so mounted on the first connector as to be rotatable in a plane parallel to an insertion direction of the first connector into the second connector, and a free end; an engaging arm provided with a base end rotatably mounted on an intermediate portion of the lever and a free end formed into an engaging portion; engaging means including a hook for catching the engaging portion of the arm, an abutting portion on which the engaging portion of the arm abuts, the hook and abutting portion being provided in the second connector as to be releasably engaged with the engaging portion of the arm. In a preferred embodiment, the connectors further include a spring member for biasing these connectors during connection so as to be separated from each other in the insertion direction described above.

摘要: The connector consists of a connector housing with a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers and a terminal locking member mounted to the rear portion of the connector housing. The terminal locking member is fitted to the connector housing in one of two engagement states--a preliminarily engaged state and a fully engaged state. The terminal locking member has resilient support pieces for fixing the terminal lugs in the terminal accommodating chambers. When the terminal locking member is moved backwardly from the preliminarily engaged state, the resilient support pieces ride on triangular engagement projections formed on the connector housing, moving outwardly out of the insertion path of the terminal lugs. This allows the terminal lug in question to be pulled out without disengaging the terminal locking member from the connector housing.

摘要: An electrical connector capable of achieving proper positioning and redundant retainment of terminals therein by the single operation of attaching a retaining member. The retaining member has salient portions which extend into chambers holding the terminals. Upon attachment, the retaining member is constrained to move, from a position behind the terminals, in a directin parallel to a longitudinal axis of the chambers. Accordingly, installation of the retaining piece urges the terminals into proper position and engagement with an auxiliary retaining device. In addition, the retaining member can be fixed relative to remaining portions of the connector so as to cause the salient portions thereof that extend into the chambers to provide additional retainment to the terminals.

摘要: A connector housing comprising a housing body having a terminal receiving chamber for receiving a terminal connected with a lead wire, a tapered portion formed on an inner wall of the terminal receiving chamber in such a manner as to be converged in a direction of insertion of the terminal, and first and second locking means formed on an outer periphery of the housing body; a cover for preventing disengagement of the terminal, having first and second engaging portions to be engaged with the first and second locking means, respectively, a terminal insertion hole into which the terminal is inserted, and a flexible projection provided around the terminal insertion hole; and an elastically deformable soft band for integrally connecting the housing body with the cover; wherein the terminal is inserted under a first engaging condition where the second locking means of the housing body is merely in contact with the second engaging portion of the cover, and the flexible projection is urged along the tapered portion to stop a rear end of the terminal under a second engaging condition where the second locking means is fixedly engaged with the second engaging portion.

摘要: This invention relates to a non-slip structure, which is highly efficient in preventing a slip with no trouble caused by a through hole, thereby enhancing reliability.The non-slip structure of this invention is characterized in that a portion of a metal plate such as a steel plate and the like is sheared so as to form cutting lines (a pair of lateral side cutting lines and a joining cutting line) for forming a protruded piece and, at the same time, the protruded piece is pulled up along the cutting lines to a height, which does not exceed the thickness portion of the steel plate so as to raise the shearing surface (edge), so that the sheared surface does not form a gap nor any through hole in contacting the steel plate.
