摘要: According to certain embodiments, a method is provided for resource allocation between a first network node (160) associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second network node (160) associated with a second RAT where the first RAT and the second RAT use an overlapping spectrum. The method includes determining, by the first network node, one or more resources of a plurality of resources for use by the second network node. The plurality of resources is represented by a bit string. A message is transmitted to the second network node. The message includes the bit string in which the one or more resources for use by the second network node are indicated.

摘要: It is provided a method for enabling an SCTP packet to be encapsulated in a UDP packet the method being performed by a source network node. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a source number based on an identifier of the source network node; obtaining a destination number based on an identifier of a destination network node; generating an SCTP packet, which comprises setting a source port of the SCTP packet to a predefined port number and setting a destination port of the SCTP packet to the destination number; generating a UDP packet, which comprises setting a source port of the UDP packet to the source number and setting a destination port of the UDP packet to the destination number; encapsulating the SCTP packet in the UDP packet; and sending the UDP packet for transport to the destination network node.

Such embodiments can also include receiving, from the first DU, a first response comprising a first indication that the first DU cannot configure the first cell as an SpCell for the UE, and a second indication that the first DU can configure zero or more third cells as an SpCell for the UE.

摘要: Systems and methods for activating intelligent wireless communication device reporting in a wireless network are disclosed. Embodiments of a method performed by a wireless communication device for machine-learned optimization of wireless networks is proposed. In one embodiment, the method includes sending, to a network node, information that indicates one or more capabilities of the wireless communication device for reporting of predicted values that are predicted by the wireless communication device using one or more machine learning capabilities of the wireless communication device. The method further includes receiving, from the network node, a request. The request includes (a) a request to start reporting predicted values, (b) a request to start training a machine learning model for generating predicted values, or (c) both (a) and (b). The method further includes performing one or more actions in response to receiving the request.

摘要: A method performed by a first network node operating in with a Radio Access Technology with split architecture. The first network node is a Distributed Unit. The first network node receives one or more second indications from a second network node, a Centralized Unit. The indications comprise: i) a positive or a negative acknowledgement of a configuration conflict between a first RACH configuration in a first cell being a served cell, and a second RACH configuration in a second cell, the second cell being a neighbour cell to the first cell, ii) CU RACH assistance information associated to the conflict, the information comprising the second RACH configuration, and/or iii) a first third RACH configuration for the first cell. The first network node then updates the first RACH configuration to a second third RACH configuration, based on the indications.

摘要: Embodiments include methods, for a first RAN node in a first RAN, for inter-system mobility load balancing with a second RAN node in a second RAN. Such methods include sending, to the second RAN node, a resource status request message that includes a reporting configuration with one or more of the following: one or more metrics, related to load and/or capacity, to be measured by the second RAN node; one or more triggering events for initiating reporting of the metrics; and a reporting format that defines how the respective metrics should be reported upon corresponding triggering events. Such methods include receiving from the second RAN node in response to the resource status request message: a resource status response message indicating successful configuration of at least a portion of the reporting configuration; or a resource status failure message indicating unsuccessful configuration for all of the reporting configuration.
