    摘要: A fluid supply interruption free cutting apparatus of the present invention comprises a seal-up housing and a drill. The drill has a milling cutting tool turned by a motor. The seal-up housing is of a structure suited to turn in the circumferential direction of an existing pipe. A first housing part of the seal-up housing is formed with a cutting tool insertion aperture through which the cutting tool is inserted and with a gate passage aperture through which a gate passes that is inserted for cutting off the flow of a fluid through the interior of the existing pipe after cutting of the existing pipe. The first housing part is provided with a first operation valve to open or close the gate passage aperture and with a second operation valve to open or close the cutting tool insertion aperture. An anticorrosive member is fitted in the opening formed in the cutting of the existing pipe. The anticorrosive member include a pressure contact portion made of elastomer coming into pressure contact with a cut surface of the opening over substantially the entire periphery and a rigid portion integrally formed with the pressure contact portion.—has been inserted therein.

    摘要: A valve operating system in an internal combustion engine includes a cam shaft provided with a valve operating cam, a rocker arm having a pair of support wall portions which are integrally connected at their base ends to a swinging support portion swingably supported on a support member mounted on a cylinder head and which are opposed to each other at a distance in a direction along the swinging axis of the swinging support portion, a support shaft supported between the support wall portions, and a roller which is rotatably supported on the support shaft with a bearing interposed therebetween so as to be in rolling contact with the valve operating cam. A lower connecting wall interconnecting lower portions of the base ends of the support wall portions is projectingly provided on the swinging support portion in a manner opposed to an outer peripheral surface of a lower portion of the roller. Thus, it is possible to increase the rigidity of the rocker arm, while avoiding an increase in size of the rocker arm.

    摘要: A valve insertion method without stopping passage of fluid, wherein, first, a part of an already-installed pipe is enclosed air-tightly with a valve casing, a milling type cutting tool which has cutting edges on a free end surface and an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a gate being housed in the valve casing with the gate and the cutting tool fixed thereto. The gate and cutting tool are provided in positions spaced from each other in the axial direction of the already-installed pipe. A worker then feeds the cutting tool in the radial direction of the already-installed pipe as he has the cutting tool make cutting motions for cutting the pipe by the rotation of the cutting tool. The valve casing is then turned in the circumferential direction of the already-installed pipe as the cutting motions are kept made, whereby a cut groove cut in the direction of the range of the whole circumference of the pipe is formed. After the grooving operation is finished, the worker takes out the cutting tool from the valve casing, and then closes an operation valve. After the grooving operation is finished, the worker transfers the valve casing in the axial direction of the already-installed pipe, whereby the gate is transferred to a position which corresponds to that of the cut groove.

    摘要: A loading pattern generating system requires only the input of loading pattern generating conditions to automatically generate a loading pattern which satisfies the target capacity within the physical constraints of a loading system. The loading pattern generating conditions include the size of a pallet, the size of a product, data relating to a loading device, and the target capacity to load products on a pallet. A candidate pattern registration device stores a plurality of candidate patterns for loading products on a pallet. A calculation section prepares a loading pattern which controls a loading device corresponding to the loading pattern generating conditions that have been input. The loading pattern is selected from the candidate patterns stored in the candidate pattern registration means device. The calculation section calculates the resulting loading capacity. This loading capacity is adjusted to satisfy the target loading capacity. The maximum torque on the palletizer is compared with an allowed torque. When the torque exceeds the maximum, the candidate pattern is rejected, and calculation is performed on the next candidate pattern. An output section outputs the resulting loading pattern.

    摘要: A permanent magnet type stepping motor comprising first and second stator assemblies arranged coaxially about a longitudinal axis. Each assembly includes first and second ring-shaped stators made of magnetic material. The first ring-shaped stator has a central portion with an opening therein, an annular yoke surrounding the periphery of the central portion and a plurality of pole pieces distributed about the circumference of the opening and extending toward a plane transverse to the axis. The second ring-shaped stator has a central portion with an opening therein, an annular substantially planar yoke surrounding the periphery of the central portion and a plurality of pole pieces distributed about the circumference of the opening and extending away from the transverse plane so as to interleave with the pole pieces of the first stator. The central portion of the second stator protrudes from the plane of the yoke in a direction away from the transverse plane. A coil is interposed between the first and second ring-shaped stators and surrounds the pole pieces. The first and second stator assemblies are arranged with respect to the transverse plane so that the second ring-shaped stator of the first stator assembly is adjacent the second ring-shaped stator of the second stator assembly at the transverse plane thereby forming a gap between the protruding central portions of the second stators of the first and second stator assemblies. A permanent magnet having N and S poles distributed alternately about the outer circumference thereof is rotatably supported within the openings in the central portions of the first and second stators of the first and second stator assemblies.
