    摘要: A seal assembly has a connector body with a first section and a second section, movable relative to one another. The first section and the second section each has an open end configured for receiving the free end of a pipe. The open end of the first and second sections are each configured for sealing engagement with the free end of a respective pipe. The seal assembly is movable between a first condition, in which the second section assumes a retracted position relative to the first section, and a second condition in which the second section assumes an extended position relative to the first section. A seal member is provided for creating a seal between the first section and the second sections in said first and second conditions. First and second adaptors are provided, each for association with a respective one of said first and second sections of the connector body and configured for securing at the free end of a respective pipe. First and second mechanical interlock arrangements are provided, each for association with a respective one of said first and second adaptors, and each configured for driving the respective adaptor in the direction of the connector body.

    摘要: A multi-stiffener for civil engineering and construction includes an outer pipe member, an inner pipe member, an inner pipe position adjusting pin and a positioning member. The outer pipe member includes an outer pipe strut plate provided at one end of the outer pipe member, a pair of slot-shaped symmetrical guide holes extending in a longitudinal direction from a position spaced apart by a predetermined distance from an open end of the outer pipe member, and a height-adjustment-purpose external thread formed around the guide holes. The inner pipe member includes an inner pipe strut plate provided at one end of the inner pipe member and a plurality of symmetrical through-holes formed at specific intervals from the inner pipe strut plate. The inner pipe position adjusting pin is configured to penetrate the guide holes of the outer pipe member and the through-holes of the inner pipe member.

    摘要: A suspended pipe assembly comprising a first suspended pipe, a second suspended pipe, a third suspended pipe, and a number of suspenders for suspending the pipes from an elevated pipe or pipes of a mobile irrigation system or other fluid distribution system. The first suspended pipe and second suspended pipe are connected together via a fixed joint. The second suspended pipe and third suspended pipe are connected together via a live joint such that the second suspended pipe and third suspended pipe can expand longitudinally relative to each other. Additional suspended pipes can be connected to each other via alternating fixed and live joints. The suspenders allow the suspended pipes to expand longitudinally relative to the elevated pipe and prevents the suspended pipes from warping side-to-side.
