This output shaft part is rotatably supported at locations on both sides of the driving pulley.

    摘要: The invention relates to a curable composition comprising a crosslinking silyl-containing vinyl polymer. The curable composition of the invention can be utilized, for example, as sealants such as elastic sealants for building and construction, electric or electronic part materials such as solar battery backside sealants, electric insulating materials such as insulating sheath of wire or cable, pressure sensitive adhesives, adhesives, and paints. A curable composition which comprises the following two components: (A) a vinyl polymer (I) having at least one crosslinking functional group and (B) heavy or ground calcium carbonate (II) having a specific surface area of not smaller than 1.5 m2/g but not larger than 50 m2/g.

At least one of the drive pulley main body and the driven pulley main body may be molded of a synthetic resin in such a manner as to cover a detent portion formed on an outer circumference of a pulley boss made of a metal both from an axial direction and a radial direction, and at least part of the covered detent portion is visible from outside of the covering pulley main body.

    摘要: Displacement of a mechanical element is accurately detected by a simple and inexpensive structure. To provide displacement detecting device including: a mechanical element capable of being displaced; a magnet connected to the mechanical element and magnetized in displacement direction of the mechanical element; and a magnetic sensor for detecting a magnetic flux generated by the magnet and outputting a sensor output corresponding to a detected magnetic-flux value, so as to detect displacement of the mechanical element in accordance with the sensor output. In one embodiment, a Hall element is used as the magnetic sensor and the magnet longer than distance of movement of the mechanical element is used. Thus, an output having a linear relation with displacement of the mechanical element is obtained, and detection of the displacement is easily implemented. The displacement detecting device can be applied to an actuator of intake/exhaust valves of an engine. In another embodiment, a magnetic material provided between the Hall element and a spring to reduce the disturbance caused by the spring. Moreover, a transfer shaft connected to the intake/exhaust valve is made of a non-magnetic material or a material having characteristics close to the non-magnetic material to reduce the effect of leakage flux.

    摘要: An electromagnetic actuator is equipped with two springs which act in opposite directions, and an armature that is connected to the springs and is supported in an unactivated state in a neutral position provided by the two springs. The armature is coupled to a mechanical element such as a valve of an engine. The actuator includes a pair of electromagnets that drive the armature between a first terminal position and a second terminal position, and a power supply device that controls the voltage supplied to the electromagnet attracting the armature to a constant voltage when the armature is driven from one of the terminal positions to the other terminal position. The voltage supplied to the electromagnets is maintained at a constant value and the larger current flows in the larger is the gap between the armature and the yoke and smaller is the counter electromotive force.

    摘要: An active actuator is interposed between the unsprung mass and the sprung mass of a vehicle, and a controller selectively extends and retracts the actuator at a prescribed acceleration so as to selectively apply an additional contact load to the wheel by making use of the inertial force of the sprung mass and/or the unsprung mass of the vehicle. Thus, the tire contact load of each wheel can be increased at will and independently from the other wheels so that the gripping force available to each wheel can be increased as required by appropriately operating the corresponding actuator. Therefore, the braking performance and the accelerating performance for the given road condition can be improved. Additionally, even when a frictional coefficients for the right and left wheels differ from each other, by appropriately applying an additional contact load to the wheel travelling over the more slippery part of the road surface, the stability of the vehicle can be also substantially increased.

    摘要: Electric power steering apparatus includes a control nit for controlling an electric motor to impart electric steering assist torque to the steering system of an automotive vehicle. The control unit is provided with a non-steady state detector section that generates a modification signal when it detects a non-steady state of the vehicle in which the steering wheel is turned to an excessive extent. Target motor current signal, which acts to impart the electric steering assist torque corresponding to manual steering torque, is modified by the control unit in accordance with the modification signal generated by the non-steady state detector section. Thus, the tire-to-steering-wheel torque is assisted in a returning direction of the steering wheel, so that the steering wheel is allowed to return to its center position at an increased speed.
