Abstract: Disclosed is a method for efficiently synthesizing primary amines, which comprises using carbonyl compounds or alcohol compounds as reaction substrate, liquid ammonia or alcohol solutions of ammonia as nitrogen source, and hydrogen as hydrogen source, and reacting in reaction medium catalyzed by a cobalt-based catalyst to obtain the primary amines. Due to high catalytic activity, the method can realize the reductive amination of carbonyl compounds and the hydrogen-borrowing amination of alcohol compounds at low temperatures in a short time to obtain the primary amines with high yield, and is applicable to a wide range of substrates. The obtained primary amines can be used as raw materials with high extra value for producing polymers, medicines, dyes and surfactants. Further, the cobalt-based catalyst has a good industrial application prospect because it is magnetic which can facilitate separation and recycling of the catalyst. Moreover, the inexpensive cobalt-based catalyst can significantly reduce industrialization cost.

Abstract: A method and system for predicting products of an aromatic hydrocarbon isomerization production process are provided. The method includes generating multiple initial sample points, using a mechanism the actual output response values of all of the initial sample points; establishing an radial basis function (RBF) model according to the initial sample points and actual output response values thereof; using a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to find expected deviation between nearest neighbors as well as the sampling point having the largest sparsity product, using mechanism model to calculate the output response value of said sampling point on RBF model, adding output response value into the sample points, and reconstructing the surrogate model; repeating the previous step until the upper limit for the number of sample points is reached to obtain a final RBF model; and using the RBF model to predict product yield of aromatic hydrocarbon isomerization.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composite scaffold containing DFO and rhBMP-2 capable of synergistically stimulating bone formation, a preparation method and use thereof. The composite scaffold contains a matrix, a PEGS gel layer and rhBMP-2, wherein the matrix is an MBG scaffold grafted with DFO on the surface, the PEGS gel layer is carried on the surface of the matrix, and rhBMP-2 is carried inside the PEGS gel layer. In the present disclosure, the function of DFO and rhBMP-2 in vivo and in vitro can be regulated by precisely controlling the immobilization mode and spatial distribution of DFO and rhBMP-2 in the scaffold, and the all-round repair of “rapid enrichment of target cells—angiogenesis-guided bone” can be achieved.

Abstract: Provided is a sensory quality evaluation method for tobacco and tobacco products using an electronic nose instrument. The electronic nose instrument includes a gas sensor array module, an automatic smoke sampling system, a computer control and data analysis system, and an automatic ignition device. These components are integrated in a test box to make the instrument be structure miniaturization and work automation. The large tobacco data is established, in which the relationship between the responses of gas sensor array and the brand labels and sensory quality index scores by testing a large number of standard cigarette samples. A cascade type of modular neural networks is proposed with revised activation function and new decision-making and quantification rules to simulate the smoking and evaluating process of the professional panel. The electronic nose instrument and method realize on-site detection, discrimination and quality score estimation of a large number of tobacco and tobacco products.
