    摘要: A method for updating shift position thresholds for a multi-speed transmission is provided. The multi-speed transmission includes an input member for connection to a prime mover and an output member, the output member selectively couplable to the input member via a plurality of gear ratios, and a position sensor for providing data indicative of a position of a shift actuator for selecting between the plurality of gear ratios. The method includes: detecting a request to change the gear ratio between the input member and the output member; and subsequent to detecting the request to change the gear ratio, i) comparing a velocity of the output member to a prescribed velocity, ii) upon the velocity of the output member increasing and being less than the prescribed velocity, storing the position provided by the position sensor as a synchronization position, iii) upon the velocity of the output member corresponding to the prescribed value, storing the position provided by the position sensor as an endstop position, and iv) calculating a threshold position for the shift actuator based on the synchronization position and the endstop position.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hybrid drive having an automated conventional gearbox, for example for a motor vehicle, having an internal combustion engine (VM) which has a drive connection to at least a first transmission input shaft (W1), having an electric drive which has at least one electric machine (EM1) which has a drive connection to a second transmission input shaft (W3; W3′), having at least one layshaft (W4), having freely moving wheels and fixed wheels (z11-z17, z21-z29, zR3) which are arranged in a plurality of wheel set planes (Z1-Z7), having a plurality of gear shift devices (S1-S4), and having a transmission output shaft (W2). In order to permit a high degree of variability in terms of a wheel set concept as well as the distribution and the number of electrical and internal-combustion-engine gearspeeds, to keep the expenditure on design and the costs low and to ensure efficient and comfortable operation, there is provision that the two transmission input shafts (W1, W3; W1, W3′) are arranged coaxially with respect to one another, and in that in one of its shifted positions a gear shift device (S1) connects the two transmission input shafts (W1, W3; W1, W3′) to one another effectively in terms of drive, and in another shifted position shifts a gearspeed.

    摘要: A method controls synchronization of a pinion rotating on a primary shaft driven by a traction machine of a vehicle and rotatably connected to a secondary shaft of a parallel shaft gearbox without synchronization mechanisms. The method includes sending to the traction machine, before coupling of the pinion on the primary shaft, a torque command which depends on a torque signal calculated to minimize a difference between a primary speed and a secondary speed multiplied by a reduction ratio between the primary shaft and the secondary shaft. The calculated torque signal is limited in amplitude when the speed difference is greater in absolute value than a desired accuracy on the targeted primary speed upon completion of the synchronization. The calculated torque signal is saturated on a maximum or minimum torque of the traction machine if the calculated torque signal is not between the maximum or minimum torque.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for changing gear stages in a transmission having a hydrostatic transmission and a downstream manual transmission, and a corresponding transmission arrangement. First, a desire to shift is detected within the manual transmission to change the gear stages. The hydrostatic transmission and the downstream manual transmission are activated to change the gear stage of the downstream transmission. Whether the gear stage to be engaged through a gear stage change was successfully engaged is detected by a detection device, which is connected to an electronic control unit of the transmission arrangement. If the engagement of the gear stage to be engaged is not successful, the original gear stage is reengaged. After the engagement of the original gear stage, the downstream transmission is again activated such that the gear stage to be engaged is engaged.
