The method includes: measuring input voltages and output voltages of the boost converter; determining an output vector to define a representation of a linear state of the boost converter; calculating the variation in power of the electrical load; determining the N duty factors as a function of the second derivative of the output vector, the derivative of the power of the electrical load, and the ratio between the input voltage and the output voltage that have been measured; and controlling each switching cell of the converter depending on the duty factor that has been determined.

The method uses a measurement of a speed of the heat engine, a value of the heat engine torque reference, and a value of the electric machine torque. The method also sums an estimate of a total torque supplied by the transmission to the wheels and of an estimate of an equivalent resistive torque of the transmission to determine the estimated heat engine torque.

A method controls synchronization of a pinion rotating on a primary shaft driven by a traction machine of a vehicle and rotatably connected to a secondary shaft of a parallel shaft gearbox without synchronization mechanisms. The method includes sending to the traction machine, before coupling of the pinion on the primary shaft, a torque command which depends on a torque signal calculated to minimize a difference between a primary speed and a secondary speed multiplied by a reduction ratio between the primary shaft and the secondary shaft. The calculated torque signal is limited in amplitude when the speed difference is greater in absolute value than a desired accuracy on the targeted primary speed upon completion of the synchronization. The calculated torque signal is saturated on a maximum or minimum torque of the traction machine if the calculated torque signal is not between the maximum or minimum torque.

The device includes: a first flux estimator including two integrators of electromotive force for estimating the respective components of the flux in a fixed two-phase coordinate system tied to the stator, an estimator for estimating the torque from the respective estimated-flux components, a second flux estimator that uses currents expressed in a rotating two-phase coordinate system tied to the rotor, with an observer for determining variables that characterize magnetic uncertainties of the machine with a view to correcting the flux estimation of the second estimator, and a detector for generating a signal for resetting initial flux conditions of the two integrators based on the flux estimation delivered by the second estimator, when the discrepancy between the estimated torque and a setpoint torque is higher than a predefined threshold.
