摘要: A gearbox (100) includes an input shaft (105) and a first and a second proportionally controllable shift element (A to F). The shift elements (A to F) are configured to control, by way of an open-loop system, engagement or disengagement of a gear ratio in the gearbox (100). A method (200) for the open-loop control of the gearbox (100) includes: determining a specified differential speed profile that is a profile of a difference between a rotational speed of the input shaft (105) and a synchronous speed of a gear ratio to be engaged; and determining a torque demand of a drive source connected to the input shaft (105) or determining a control profile for the one of the first and second shift elements (A to F) to be engaged in the gear ratio on the basis of the specified differential speed profile.

The first control profile comprises a variable portion (330) which is increased between a first point in time (t4), when a gradient (335) of the rotational speed of an input shaft of the gearbox (100) reaches a predetermined threshold value, and a second point in time (t5), when the gradient (335) flattens.

摘要: A park valve performs a multi-plexing function in which an out-of-park circuit is connected to line pressure when the valve is in an out-of-park position and is vented when the valve is in a park position. When particular clutches are released, the out-of-park circuit biases the park valve toward the out-of-park position. To initiate engagement of park, a controller commands a low line pressure, reducing the forces that bias the park valve toward the out-of-park position. Once the valve reaches an intermediate position in which the line pressure circuit is no longer fluidly connected to the out-of-park circuit, the controller commands an increase in line pressure, increasing the forces that bias the park valve toward the park position.

摘要: During a transmission upshift, a torque capacity of an off-going clutch is maintained at a non-zero state during the transition from the torque phase to the inertia phase and throughout a substantial portion of the inertia phase. This permits the inertia phase to be completed faster without an unacceptable increase in output torque during the torque phase. Monotonically reducing the off-going clutch torque and using feedback from an output torque sensor enable sufficiently precise control of the off-going clutch torque capacity during this interval.

The piston including a fixing hole having a depth smaller than a diameter of the piston in the portion exposed from the opening. The stay is fixed by a bolt that is inserted into the fixing hole.
