摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for preventing interlock of a transmission. The method may include: sensing, with a controller, target currents of a plurality of solenoid valves, where each solenoid valve of the plurality of solenoid valves is connected to corresponding friction element; and when it is determined that target currents of at least two solenoid valves of the plurality of solenoid valves are equal to or greater than a predetermined current, interrupting, with the controller, a supply of power to the plurality of solenoid valves based on a degree of deviation of an actual speed of a transmission output shaft from a target speed for a predetermined time.

摘要: This invention pertains to the field of power transmission. Machines using a power transmission mechanism for transmission of the mechanical power produced by a source (engine (2), electric motor, pneumatic and hydraulic pump) to another component of the machine (wheel (21), electric motor, electric generator, pneumatic and hydraulic pump) through multiple transmission paths (different gear ratios (14), (15)) are subjects of this invention. It is disclosed that control of a switching from one power transmission path to another is done in a manner involving simultaneous load transfer and speed synchronization rather than sequential performance of these two functions, and the resulting method developed in the invention leads to switching operations that produce less disturbance at the input of the said component. The said method is applied to the problem of controlling gearshifts in automatic transmissions of ground vehicles.

The vehicle transmission control device includes a transmission controller that selects a path having a small load on the lubricated parts from among the plurality of power transmission paths upon detecting a malfunction has occurred in the oil pump to prevent seizing of lubricated parts and damage to gear-shifting mechanism if a malfunction occurs in the oil pump.

摘要: In a hybrid vehicle, rotational speed control on a motor/generator connected to a first engagement clutch is carried out when there is a gear shift request to a gear shift stage at which the first engagement clutch of the multistage gear transmission is meshingly engaged. A transmission control unit is provided for outputting a meshing engagement instruction to the first engagement clutch when a rotational speed feedback control causes a differential rotation speed of the first engagement clutch to be within a range of a synchronization determination rotational speed. Upon executing the rotational speed feedback control on the motor/generator, this transmission control unit reduces the efficacy of the rotational speed feedback control less than before starting of the meshingly engagement, when the meshing engagement of the first engagement clutch is started.

摘要: A transfer case for a motor vehicle. An input is rotatable about an axis to receive torque, an output is rotatable about the axis to transmit torque, and a planetary gear set is rotatable about the axis and operatively coupled between the input and the output. A shift sleeve circumscribes and is axially slidably carried along the axis, and a shift sleeve lock is automatically engageable with the shift sleeve responsive to the transfer case exceeding a predetermined rotational speed, to prevent axial movement of the shift sleeve above that speed. A related method is also provided.

摘要: The present invention executes a desired gear shift of an automatic transmission using gear shift modeling even when there are three control inputs to two target gear shift values. Setting torque share ratio as a constraint on the equation of motion for the automatic transmission is suitable for controlling the transfer of engaging unit torque, which is considered to be difficult in variable speed control, and allows solving of the equation of motion. Viewed from a different angle, because the torque share ratio, which represents the torque transfer, has been set as a constraint, any gear shift pattern can be handled with a single gear shift model.
