Abstract: A service level agreement (SLA) system is provided for multi-tenant cloud computing to enable provisioning of computing instances for tenants with a networking SLA. A networking SLA may specify a bandwidth requirement, for example, between instances to be scheduled for a tenant in a datacenter. The SLA system evaluates nodes in the datacenter based on a remaining capacity of links associated with nodes implementing the networking SLA. A modular system is provided to enable integration of the SLA system into existing cloud computing infrastructures. The cloud management system may query the SLA system to determine nodes in the datacenter capable of meeting a networking SLA. The list may be ordered to indicate nodes having better capacity to fulfill the networking SLA. The cloud management system can utilize the ordered list of nodes in scheduling instance deployments for tenant requests.

Abstract: A dynamic UE capability message specifying a number of beams to be evaluated within different groups of UE TX beam directions associated with different antenna arrays of a UE may be communicated to a transmit receive point (TRP). Each group of UE TX beam directions may include beam directions that are candidates for uplink data transmission. Based on information in the dynamic UE capability message, the TRP can assign SRS resources (for uplink beam management or uplink channel sounding) and/or schedule a multi-layer MIMO uplink transmission in accordance with a UE capability constraint. This may ensure that the SRS resources assignment and/or scheduled multi-layer MIMO uplink transmission is consistent with the UE's beamforming capabilities.

Abstract: Notifying served user equipments (UEs) of the presence or absence of cell-specific reference signal (CRS) symbols transmitted by neighboring base stations in the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) region of a subframe can be achieved through various of signaling techniques. The served UE may be notified by communicating a one or multi-bit indicator in a physical layer signaling channel of the serving cell, such as the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of the subframe. Alternatively, the served UE may be notified through higher layer signaling.

Abstract: A system and method of tracking an object and navigating an object tracking robot includes receiving tracking sensor input representing the object and an environment at multiple times, responsive to the tracking sensor input, calculating positions of the robot and the object at the multiple times, and using a computer implemented deep reinforcement learning (DRL) network trained as a function of tracking quality rewards and robot navigation path quality rewards, the DRL network being responsive to the calculated positions of the robot and the object at the multiple times to determine possible actions specifying movement of the object tracking robot from a current position of the robot and target, determine quality values (Q-values) for the possible actions, and select an action as a function of the Q-values. A method of training the DRL network is also included.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for generating multi-phase signals. An apparatus includes 2{circumflex over ( )}n phase signal generation stages. The apparatus also includes a controller configured to provide a mode input of each of the 2{circumflex over ( )}n stages with an active periodic binary signal with remaining inputs of each of the 2{circumflex over ( )}n stages provided with another periodic binary signal to collectively generate a 2{circumflex over ( )}n phase signal in a first mode. The controller is further configured to provide the mode input of each of 2{circumflex over ( )}(n−1) odd stages with a first steady state signal and the mode input of each of 2{circumflex over ( )}(n−1) even stages with a second steady state signal with remaining inputs of each of the 2{circumflex over ( )}n stages provided with the same periodic binary signal as in the first mode to cause either the 2{circumflex over ( )}(n−1) odd stages or the 2{circumflex over ( )}(n−1) even stages to collectively generate a 2{circumflex over ( )}(n−1) phase signal in a second mode.
