A method for reconstructing a three-dimensional structure using silhouette information on a two-dimensional plane is provided. The method includes: obtaining silhouette images; creating a cube on a three-dimensional space using the silhouette images; calculating vertex coordinates on a two-dimensional image plane by projecting eight vertices of the three-dimensional cube on a two-dimensional image plane of a first camera; dividing into multiple inner voxels by dividing sides formed by the eight vertices by a divider; dividing into a predetermined number of regions by dividing sides connecting the coordinates by a predetermined divider; assigning indices by matching cubes of the three-dimensional cube to square regions on the two-dimensional image plane in one to one manner; storing indices of regions where the square regions meets with a first silhouette image; and reconstructing three-dimensional structure by finding common indices through repeatedly performing the steps using other silhouette images.

Provided are an apparatus and method for providing and transforming a shader of a 3-D graphic system. The apparatus for providing a shader of a 3-D graphic system includes a shader expressing unit for rendering a target shader, an option controller for controlling options of the shader, a similar shader generator for automatically generating similar shaders corresponding to the controlled options, and an output unit for outputting the automatically generated similar shaders.

The present invention provides an actuator for AGCS of a vehicle having a piston reciprocating rectilinearly, a screw bar engaged with the rear portion of the piston and rotating in place, and a drive motor rotating the screw bar in place, the actuator comprising an impact buffering means for buffering a load in the axial direction and an impact absorbing means for absorbing a load in the vertical direction to the axis, the impact buffering means and impact absorbing means being provided on the boundary portion between the screw bar and the motor.

Provided is a method of sensitively detecting nucleic acids in a nucleic acid sample, the method comprising: contacting the sample comprising the nucleic acid with a non-specific nucleic acid binding agent in an electrically conductive fluid medium; contacting the sample comprising the nucleic acid bound to the agent with a nanopore; and applying a voltage to the nanopore and monitoring a current change through the nanopore. The nucleic acid can be sensitively detected because a change in current amplitude through the nanopore is greater than when nucleic aid detection is performed without using an intercalator.

Disclosed herein is a coupling apparatus for a wiper arm, which can provide firm coupling between a wiper blade and the wiper arm. The coupling apparatus comprises a blade coupling part provided to the wiper blade and including front and rear plates and having an opening defined at upper portions of the front and rear plates and a support shaft having a rectilinear plane formed at either side of the support shaft, and a wiper arm coupling part integrally formed at one end with the wiper arm and including a slant insertion mechanism to cause the wiper arm to be slantly inserted onto the support shaft and to hold the support shaft so as not to be separated from the slant insertion mechanism by changing an inclination of the wiper arm after the wiper arm is inserted onto the support shaft.

A system and method for supporting augmented reality in an ocean scene is provided. According to the system and method, camera rotation information is extracted from horizontal line information of a sea extracted from an original image including a focal length and at least two first natural feature point tracking data existing on a sea plane and a plane parallel to the sea plane, using long-distance background features; camera movement is sequentially calculated from the camera rotation information and at least two natural feature point tracking data existing on the sea plane of the original image; and a computer graphics object is placed on a ground plane by importing camera position data, and a rendering is performed as moving the camera. Accordingly, the camera rotation and the camera movement can be accurately calculated, assuming that the camera focal length information is known at the time of capturing a moving image with a sea image for a background, and thus the CG/real scene synthesis with the sea for a background can be accomplished more realistically and accurately during the production of videos such as movie and drama.

Provided is a method of purifying nucleic acid, the method including: contacting a nucleic acid-containing sample and a solution containing a kosmotropic salt on a solid support having a hydrophilic functional group on its surface to bind the nucleic acid to the solid support. Since the solid support is used as it is without any surface treatment, manufacture of the apparatus is very easy, and nucleic acid can be bound to the solid support without specific additives in a wide pH range, so that the apparatus can be used for a Lab-On-a-Chip.

Disclosed herein is a composition for promoting hair growth. The composition comprises an Asiasari Radix extract as an active ingredient wherein the Asiasari Radix extract exhibits superior induction of the anagen phase of the hair growth cycle. The composition exhibits excellent hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting effects. In particular, when the composition further comprises an inhibitor of 5α-reductase activity and an activator of hair follicle cells, it exhibits better hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting effects.
