摘要: Provided is a method of determining an operation mode of a node in an ad hoc network. The method includes: monitoring a measured amount of residual energy of the node and comparing the measured amount of residual energy of the node with an amount of residual energy theoretically calculated for the node; identifying an amount of information in a queue included in the node; calculating a relay probability of the node by reflecting the identified amount of information in the queue and the result of comparing the measured amount of residual energy of the node with the theoretically calculated amount of residual energy for the node; and determining the operation mode of the node to be one of a relay mode and a transmission mode, based on the calculated relay probability of the node. The method enables nodes to exchange information about their respective amounts of residual energy and analyze the information without using additional resources and processes.

摘要: In a layout structure of a plurality of metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistors, the layout structure may include a first group of MOS transistors having first drain regions and first source regions that are individually allocated to a group active region that is isolated from all sides by a trench isolation, and a second group of MOS transistors having second drain regions and second source regions allocated to the group active region. The second group is disposed between the first group and an edge of the group active region. One or both of the first drain regions and first source regions are not in contact with an edge of the trench isolation in a length direction of a finger-type gate electrode.

Each of the first and second divided members has a rectangular plane, a plurality of rectangular inclined surfaces adjoining sides of the rectangular plane, triangular connectors formed between the adjacent rectangular inclined surfaces, and a plurality of vertical skirts extending from the plurality of rectangular inclined surfaces and the triangular connectors. A connection bar has a protruding fastener at one end or both ends to be selectively connected to one among a first fastening hole passing through the rectangular plane, second fastening holes passing through the plurality of rectangular inclined surfaces, and third fastening holes formed in a pair of the vertical skirts adjoining each other. A coupling unit generates coupling force for the first and second divided members.

摘要: A CMOS charge pump with improved latch-up immunity is provided. The CMOS charge pump includes a blocking transistor that disconnects first and second boost nodes from a bulk node in response to a blocking control signal, such that a bulk voltage can be maintained at a predetermined level or higher. The CMOS charge pump in a power-up period first precharges the bulk voltage before the main pump performs a boosting operation and prevents a latch-up phenomenon.
