Abstract:
A bond free of an anti-stiction layer and bonding method is disclosed. An exemplary method includes forming a first bonding layer; forming an interlayer over the first bonding layer; forming an anti-stiction layer over the interlayer; and forming a liquid from the first bonding layer and interlayer, such that the anti-stiction layer floats over the first bonding layer. A second bonding layer can be bonded to the first bonding layer while the anti-stiction layer floats over the first bonding layer, such that a bond between the first and second bonding layers is free of the anti-stiction layer.
Abstract:
A method of operating a repeater in a communications system is disclosed, wherein a repeater gain to be used for the amplification of a signal is adjusted in dependence on an estimate of an interference by the repeater and by the receiver. The interference at the receiver is feed back to the relay node.
Abstract:
Method and arrangement in a base station for scheduling physical resources in a transmission bandwidth to a user equipment served by the base station. The physical resources may be physical channels or radio resource blocks. Some physical resources within the transmission bandwidth are subjected to a performance requirement power restriction value. The method comprises scheduling physical resources based on the performance requirement power restriction value of the physical resources to be scheduled. Also, a method and arrangement in a user equipment for assisting a base station in scheduling physical resources in a transmission bandwidth to the user equipment is described.
Abstract:
An apparatus for processing input signals includes a signal receiver, a comparator, first and second drivers, and a calculator. The signal receiver is used for receiving input signals. The comparator compares the input signals with predetermined signals and generates unit signals representing a corresponding comparison result. The first driver generates first drive signals according to the unit signals. The calculator generates a result signal according to the unit signals. The second driver generates a second drive signal according to the result signal.
Abstract:
An electronic fuse system includes: a pad, an electronic fuse circuit, a first switch circuit, and a control circuit. The pad is used of receiving a reference voltage. The electronic fuse circuit is used of changing a voltage level when a current signal passes. The first switch circuit coupled between the pad and the electronic fuse circuit, for controlling the first switch circuit disabled or enabled according to a switch control signal. The control circuit, coupled to the first switch circuit, for transferring the switch control signal according a control signal and a lock signal. Wherein, when the lock signal is enabled, the control signal is unable to control the control circuit to turn on the first switch circuit.
Abstract:
A storage apparatus has a first storage unit and a second storage unit. A method for performing storage management upon the storage apparatus includes: storing an input data into the first storage unit; and, while the input data is being stored into the first storage unit, checking whether the input data is continuous, wherein a portion of the input data which is not stored into the first storage unit yet will be stored into the first storage unit if the input data is found to be continuous, and the portion of the input data which is not stored into the first storage unit yet will be stored into the second storage unit if the input data is found to not be continuous.
Abstract:
A pen with windows for display of patterns at random is revealed. The pen consists of a pen holder, at least one window disposed on the pen holder, a first control part and a second control part operated outside the pen holder. At least one rotating part with a plurality of patterns, a driving member and a stopping member are respectively mounted in the pen holder. The first control part is operated for driving the rotating part to rotate by the driving member. Then operate the second control part so as to stop the rotating part by the stopping member and one of the patterns is displayed through the window.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a data interleaving method for a storage device and a related storage device. The storage device comprises a plurality of non-volatile memory units, a buffer, and a processing unit. The method comprises: transmitting a plurality of first data required to be written to the plurality of non-volatile memory units to the buffer one by one; and respectively performing a plurality of interleaving operations to transmit the plurality of first data received by the buffer in sequence to the plurality of non-volatile memory units, respectively. The data interleaving method and the related storage device of the present invention only has to use one buffer, and thus the data interleaving method and the related storage device of the present invention can reduce requirement of buffer memory.
Abstract:
The invention relates to control of link resources in a wireless telecommunications system, in which instant channel feedback information is transmitted from a mobile terminal in response to receipt of a selection message from a basestation, and the instant channel feedback information is used for real-time resource allocation and adaptation at the basestation.
Abstract:
In a method of improved channel-dependent time- and frequency-domain scheduling in an OFDM based telecommunication system with multiple user terminals, determining SO a parameter value representative of the system load; pre-selecting SI a subset of user terminals if the determined parameter value is larger than or equal to a predetermined threshold; and performing S2 frequency-domain scheduling of the pre-selected subset, to reduce the downlink signaling overhead and enabling improved efficiency of the channel-dependent time- and frequency-domain scheduling.
