摘要: A roofing shingle includes an overlay sheet, an underlay sheet, and a reinforcement member. The overlay sheet includes a headlap portion and a tab portion, wherein the overlay sheet has an overlay sheet height. The underlay sheet is secured to a bottom surface of the overlay sheet such that a region of the underlay sheet overlaps a region of the headlap portion of the overlay sheet. The reinforcement material is secured to a top surface of the headlap portion of the overlay sheet, wherein the reinforcement material is configured to improve nail pull-through, wherein the reinforcement material extends beyond the overlapping regions of the headlap portion and the underlay sheet.

摘要: A fibrous structure comprising first and second plies. The first ply comprises a first textured substrate comprising a first side comprising first discrete regions and a first continuous region extending between the first discrete regions, each first discrete region comprising an outer section and sidewall sections extending outwardly from the adjacent first continuous region to the outer section; a second side comprising first discrete portions corresponding to the first discrete regions and a first continuous portion corresponding to the first continuous region; and first polymer particles deposited on at least one of the first side or the second side. When the first polymer particles are deposited on the first side, the first polymer particles are substantially deposited on the outer sections of the first discrete regions and do not extend to the adjacent first continuous region. When the first polymer particles are deposited on the second side, the first polymer particles are substantially deposited on the first continuous portion and do not extend to the adjacent first discrete portions. At least a section of each of the first polymer particles defines a raised edge. The second ply comprises a second substrate joined to the first textured substrate.

The inner layer comprises a blown film and may be coated with a peelable antifog coating. In some embodiments, the antifog coating comprises ethyl alcohol and nitrocellulose. 摘要: There is provided a method of producing a copper clad laminate having a copper foil and a resin bonded at high adhesive force despite the use of a thermoplastic resin having a low dielectric constant. This method includes the steps of: providing a roughened copper foil having at least one roughened surface having fine irregularities composed of acicular crystals containing cupric oxide and cuprous oxide; and bonding a sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin to the roughened surface of the roughened copper foil to provide a copper clad laminate. The roughened surface has a cupric oxide thickness of 1 to 20 nm and a cuprous oxide thickness of 15 to 70 nm, both determined by sequential electrochemical reduction analysis (SERA) at the time of bonding the thermoplastic resin.
