Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed towards determining that information of interest, corresponding to as a meaningful event, is available to be captured and saved, and capturing the information. When an event is determined to satisfy a defined meaningful event likelihood criterion, sensor data (which can include media data), time data and location data are collected and associated with the meaningful event, e.g., in a data store. A presentation/package is generated from the various data, and maintained for subsequent access, e.g., for sending to a recipient. The presentation can include annotation data. The presentation can be conditionally marked for future presentation if and when certain condition data is satisfied. The presentation can be associated with at least one conditional gift.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving first data associated with an avatar of a first user, and identifying first media content associated with the first user provided to a first social media server. The first social media server presents the first media content and the avatar on a first social media site. Further embodiments can include analyzing the first media content resulting in an analysis, generating second data associated with an adjusted avatar based on the analysis and the first data associated with the avatar, and providing the second data to the first social media server. The first social media server ceases presenting the avatar on the first social media site and presents the adjusted avatar on the first social media site according to the second data. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed towards efficiently identifying a first entity (e.g., a user or sensor) as a potential witness to an event. A first dataset describing event time data and event location data of an event are obtained from a first device. A second dataset describing device time data and device location data are obtained via a device associated with a second entity, e.g., a user. By analyzing the first and second datasets, e.g., for time and location intersection, the second entity can be identified as a potential witness to the event, and notified of such. Factors such as line of sight, speed and direction, audio sensing range versus event volume, and the like of the second entity can be used in determining whether the second entity is a likely witness. A witness to a live event can be identified and asked to send in live (e.g., video) evidence.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies directed to surrogate metadata aggregation for dynamic content assembly are disclosed. Embodiments can include a system that comprises a processor and a memory that stores computer-executable instructions that configure a processor to perform operations. The operations can include obtaining a first visual content from a digital data store, where the first visual content is configured to digitally represent a first scene. The operations can include performing image recognition on the first visual content so as to identify a second visual content that is digitally configured to represent a second scene. The operations can include determining that native original metadata cannot be obtained for the first visual content, where the native original metadata includes information about the first scene digitally represented by the first visual content. The operation can include generating surrogate metadata for the first visual content based on metadata obtained from the second visual content.
