Abstract: A view can be presented with an augmented reality (AR) view of the space. The viewer can also initiate alterations to the environment based on the information and recommendations presented in the AR view. Current conditions, past trends, and forecasted future trends can be included in the creation of the AR displays. For example, the AR system can capture, archive, and predict audio to accompany an augmented reality or virtual reality experience. The audio presented with the experience can be from a real-time capture, an audio file captured in the past, and/or a simulated audio file representing an estimated past or future environment.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example determining that a first connection between a first device and a wireless access point is not functional, wherein a non-functional connection between the first device and a backhaul network causes the first connection between the first device and the wireless access point to become not functional. Information is received from a second device via a second connection, wherein the second connection includes a wireless connection via a dedicated channel of a radio access network of the second connection. The dedicated channel will not be released while providing service via the second connection, the information being provided to the first device via a wireless channel. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies for video alternate network access points and receivers that enable wireless delivery of video content to multiple customer premises over a service area are provided herein. In an embodiment, a system includes a satellite dish receiver that is configured to receive a satellite video feed, and a video alternate network access point that is communicatively coupled to the satellite dish receiver. The video alternate network access point can perform operations that ingest the satellite video feed directly from the satellite dish receiver. The operations can activate a microcell transceiver embedded within the video alternate network access point, and identify a multicast-broadcast single-frequency network channel. The operations can then transmit, to a video alternate network receiver device from the microcell transceiver, the satellite video feed over at least the multicast-broadcast single-frequency network channel.

Abstract: Example methods disclosed herein include analyzing session records determined for wireless sessions associated with wireless devices operating in a wireless system to detect a service quality for a specified protocol type in a specified geographic coverage area of the wireless system. In some examples, the specified protocol type is defined by a first user input variable, and the specified geographic coverage area is defined by a second user input variable. Example methods disclosed herein also include reporting the service quality for the specified protocol type in the specified geographic coverage area to a first wireless device operating in the wireless system.

Abstract: Audio processing is provided to determine whether an audio issue is present within a multi-participant communication system such as a teleconference or videoconference bridge or a trunk dispatch system. Audio issues such as background noise, background conversations, or other unwanted audio that is being interjected into the multi-participant conversation and that may be dominating the audio are detected by measuring characteristics of audio samples taken from the communication ports of the multi-participant communication system. A correction may then be applied to the audio received through the communication port by a processor of the multi-participant communication system without intervention by an administrator, such as by muting the port, applying a noise cancellation to audio from the port, or time-shifting the audio from the port.
