Abstract: In a 6G network, microservices can be utilized in the absence of a core network. For example, after a mobile device has authenticated, through its carrier network, with a transport service layer, microservices can be allocated to the mobile device without having to be transmitted via the core network. Thus, removing the core network from the process can generate a direct line of microservices from the transport layer to the end-user. Furthermore, additional microservices and/or resources can be access through a microservices library. Consequently, packets can be securely transmitted be a wireless network facilitating sending packet profile data from one to many node devices in anticipation of the packet traversing the various node devices.

Abstract: Facilitating metaverse service orchestration and hybrid software defining network control with policy enabled multiple input multiple output in advanced networks is provided herein. Operations of a system include identifying physical resources associated with a physical network and virtual resources associated with a virtual network. The physical resources and the virtual resources are determined to be utilized for fulfillment of a service request. The operations can also include combining the physical resources and the virtual resources into a composition of mixed resources. The composition of mixed resources can include the physical resources and the virtual resources. Further, the operations can include rendering, in a perceivable format, the composition of mixed resources in response to the service request.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for session management in a wireless network are disclosed. For example, a user endpoint (UE) device, sends a request for a session internet protocol (IP) address assignment using an interface IP address, configures the UE device with the session IP address, provides to a controller an association of the interface and session IP addresses, and receives packets addressed to the session IP address via an access network entity associated with the interface IP address. In one example, a controller receives an association of an interface IP address with a session IP address from an attached UE device, provides to a network node an update on a route to reach the session IP address through the interface IP address, identifies an active interface IP address to receive packets, and configures an open flow switch or router for routing the packets towards the active interface IP address.

Abstract: A framework for dynamic network resource allocation and energy saving based on the real-time environment, radio network information, and machine learning (ML) can be utilized via a radio access network (RAN) intelligent controller (RIC). Real-time and predicted network utilization can facilitate resource and energy savings by leveraging the RIC platform. For example, a network information base (NIB) in the RIC platform can collects RAN and user equipment (UE) resource related information in real time and provides the abstraction of the access network in the real time. ML can predict real-time information about the UEs at time t based on data analytics and real time radio resource needs. The RIC can then instruct the network to reduce or increase resources.
