Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for scheduling and affecting appointment calendaring based on dependencies. As such, the invention provides for a dynamic appointment calendaring based on changes in the user's location. The dependencies comprise current and potential future locations and times of a user. The invention continuously monitors the calendars of the user on one or more devices. Further, the invention determines a change in existing appointments or cancellation of an appointment such that the user is newly available at certain time or determines a change in current and potential future locations of the user. Subsequently, the invention then evaluates one or more upcoming future appointments of the user with the financial institution specialists and ascertains the appointment details. The invention then automatically, schedules one or more new appointments at a new time and/or location with relevant specialists.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for scheduling and affecting appointment calendaring based on perceived user requirements. As such, the invention provides for a smart appointment calendaring based on the automatic and real time analysis of a user's financial information, transaction history, navigation history and the like. The system then identifies one or more relevant specialists and schedules one or more appointments. Based on needs identified from analysis of user information, the invention may create an appointment package for the user. Thus, the system may schedule appointments with one or more specialists based on the user's requirements.
Abstract:
Embodiments are directed to receiving a token from a wearable device carried by a customer, the token for user authentication based on a visitation pattern of the customer. Embodiments include receive, from the wearable device carried by the customer, the token comprising user authentication information associated with the customer, wherein receiving the token indicates a current visit of the customer to the financial institution location; access, based at least in part on the user authentication information, a visitation history from a customer profile associated with the customer; determine, based at least in part on the visitation history, whether the current visit falls within a recognized visitation pattern; and authenticate, based at least in part on the determination, the customer for performing a transaction at the financial institution location.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for a clearing house for creating and directing readable indicia to/from merchants, users, and/or vendors. As such, merchants, users, and vendors may all be able to recognize, read, and complete transactions using a created universal readable indicia, irrespective of the entities associated with the transaction. The invention may create and provide a universal readable indicia that may be read and/or scanned by any of a user, merchant, or vendor. Subsequently, upon scanning, the system may recognize the appropriate vendor associated with the scan, based on information about the user or merchant derived from the scan. As such, the invention may be able to convert the universal readable indicia to one or more indicia accepted by a vendor that may complete the transaction with the user and/or merchant.
Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, methods, and computer program products are provided for determining a user's authentication requirements/credentials for a specific network access session based on the current location of the user in comparison to predetermined boundaries of location that have altered authentication requirements, in the form of, increased or decreased authentication requirements/credentials that differ from the standard authentication requirements.
Abstract:
In general, apparatuses, methods and computer program products for making contactless financial transactions utilizing a mobile wallet are disclosed. Particularly, a mobile wallet application is disclosed that utilizes, at least in part, user specific data to generate a payment vehicle recommendation for different transactions. The user specific data may include the active user profile, prior payment vehicle usage, user preferences for the type of transaction, user location, rewards programs associated with use of one or more payment vehicles, or the like, or combinations thereof.
Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, methods, and computer program products are provided for determining a user's authentication requirements/credentials for a specific network access session based on the current location of the user in comparison to known boundaries of location associated with the user, such as patterns of movement or the like. As such, the present invention serves to expedite the process for authenticating a user who desires to gain access to a network service, such as a banking application or the like.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for receiving a request from a user for access to at least one function associated with a first application; determining that access to at least one function requires user authentication; initiating sensing of an authentication validating carrier comprising a first credential; determining the first credential based at least in part on the sensed authentication validating carrier; validating the first credential, thereby resulting in a first successful user authentication; and granting access to at least one function associated with the first application based on the validation of the first successful user authentication.

Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for enriching appointment calendaring with pre- and post-appointment requirements. In this way, the invention creating an appointment ticket in the user's passbook or calendar for one or more calendared appointments identified in a user's calendar. The system may enrich the saved appointment with information, documents, or the like that may be required for the appointment prior to the appointment occurring. In this way, the system may generate and fill out the necessary documents for the user in preparation for the appointment. Furthermore, the system may enrich the stored appointment data with information post-appointment. For example, the system may incorporate a log of the appointment, follow-up information required, or the like.
