Abstract: A fingerprint identification substrate and a fabrication method thereof, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The fingerprint identification substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of fingerprint identification units on the base substrate. Each fingerprint identification unit includes a photosensitive sense electrode and a thin film transistor which are positioned on the base substrate, the photosensitive sense electrode is positioned between the base substrate and the thin film transistor, and the photosensitive sense electrode is electrically connected with a source electrode or a drain electrode of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: A photosensitive unit, a photosensitive module and a display device are provided. The photosensitive unit includes: a light-emitting structure, a photoelectric converter, an optical waveguide device and a collimator. The converter and collimator are disposed on the same side of the optical waveguide device side by side, the light-emitting structure is disposed on one side of the converter away from the optical waveguide device, and one side on the converter close to the light-emitting structure is light-shielding; the light-emitting structure is capable of emitting light rays to a target side thereof away from the converter; the collimator is capable of screening collimating light rays in the light rays incident from the target side, and controlling the collimating light rays to be incident to the optical waveguide device; the optical waveguide device is capable of controlling the collimating light rays incident from the collimator to be incident to the converter.

Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. An array substrate includes a base substrate; the base substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area encircling the display area; a pixel array structure is disposed in the display area; arid at least one touch electrode is disposed in the peripheral area and arranged along an edge of the base substrate. At least one of the plurality of detection units includes a switch transistor and a photosensitive device coupled to the switch transistor. The shielding pattern covers the switch transistor on a side of the switch transistor distal to the base substrate. The photosensitive device is located on a side of the shielding pattern proximal to the base substrate. The shielding pattern is configured to shield irradiation light and allow detection light to be transmitted to the photosensitive device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a flexible display panel and a display apparatus. In one embodiment, light sensitive effect-based photo-sensitive diodes and switching transistors for controlling signal output of the photo-sensitive diodes are integrated in the display panel. Once a touch operation of an object (e.g., a finger) is implemented on a surface of the display panel, the photo-sensitive diode in a corresponding position can convert a sensed light intensity difference into an electrical signal difference to achieve detection of the touch operation.

Abstract: A fingerprint identification unit and a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate, a display device and a fingerprint identification method are disclosed, which can realize fingerprint identification without increasing the thickness of the display device. The fingerprint identification unit can include a photosensitive device, a data read-out signal line and a thin film transistor for controlling the switching of the photosensitive device. On the photosensitive device is formed a first insulating layer for insulating the photosensitive device from an OLED luminescent layer, and the part of the OLED luminescent layer corresponding to the photosensitive device does not illuminate. The data read-out signal line can be configured to read out a photocurrent generated by the photosensitive device, and identify fingerprints according to the amount of each photocurrent. The array substrate includes the fingerprint identification unit mentioned in the above technical solution.
