Abstract: This application provides an angle positioning method, apparatus, and device. The method includes: A terminal device receives configuration information from the network device, where the configuration information includes reference signal configuration information and information about an association between N sets of frequency information and M sets of beam information. Then, the terminal device receives a reference signal corresponding to the reference signal configuration information, to obtain a measurement result, where the measurement result is obtained by measuring the reference signal based on an association relationship between frequency information and beam information. Finally, the terminal device reports the measurement result to the network device.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide example communication methods and apparatuses. One example method includes receiving, by a terminal device, N pieces of first information in N separate transmissions, where N is an integer greater than 1. The terminal device can then determine second information or transmission information of the second information based on at least a part of the N pieces of first information, where each of the N pieces of first information includes M bits, and M is an integer greater than or equal to 1.

Abstract: This application provides example signal transmission methods and example apparatuses. One example method includes receiving random access channel (RACH) configuration information of a neighboring cell from a location management device or a serving cell, where the RACH configuration information includes information about an RACH resource and a preamble. The preamble can then be sent to the neighboring cell by using the RACH resource. An uplink TA of the neighboring cell that is determined by the neighboring cell based on the preamble can then be received.

Abstract: A random access method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: a terminal device obtains a position of the terminal device and a position of a network device, the terminal device determines a time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and the terminal device sends a random access preamble based on the time adjustment value and a random access channel (RACH) resource configured by the network device. Based on this solution, the terminal device may determine the time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and adjust a time for sending the random access preamble on the RACH resource. This helps avoid a problem that random access preamble receiving time windows overlap, thereby increasing a success rate of accessing the network device by the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a random access method and apparatus. In one example method, when a terminal device supports positioning, the terminal device may adjust, based on a positioning capability, time for sending a preamble on a RACH Occasion (RO) resource. When the terminal device does not support positioning, a corresponding RO resource periodicity may be configured to be large. Therefore, regardless of whether the terminal device supports positioning, a network device can receive, at the same time or in a short preamble receiving time window, preambles sent on a same RO resource, and receive, at different time, in different small time ranges, or in different short preamble receiving time windows, preambles sent on different RO resources.

Abstract: This application provides a method and apparatus for determining a resource in a relay system. By receiving resource indication information transmitted by an upper-level node, a first node determines availability of a symbol in a first resource set located between a first hard resource set and a second hard resource set, and communicates with the upper-level node on the symbol based on the resource indication information to maximally improve resource utilization.

Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus for positioning a terminal device. The method includes: generating, by a terminal device, a first message, where the first message includes one or more pieces of first time difference information, and the first time difference information includes a first time difference and information about a first positioning reference signal pair corresponding to the first time difference, where the first positioning reference signal pair includes a first uplink positioning reference signal and a first downlink positioning reference signal that have an association relationship, and the first time difference is a time difference between a sending time point of the first uplink positioning reference signal and a receiving time point of the first downlink positioning reference signal; and sending, by the terminal device, the first message to a network device.

Abstract: This application provides a resource configuration method and apparatus. A multiplexing type between a second functional unit and each of one or more antenna panels of a first functional unit is indicated to an IAB node, so that the IAB node obtains a resource configuration of an MT or a resource configuration of a DU based on the multiplexing type. This helps implement a resource configuration in the IAB node in a case of a plurality of antenna panels.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A network device sends indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate a first transmission mode, and the first transmission mode includes: enabling a hybrid automatic repeat request function, disabling the hybrid automatic repeat request function, or at least one hybrid automatic repeat request mode. Therefore, after receiving the indication information sent by the network device, the terminal device determines the first transmission mode based on the indication information, and performs data transmission in the first transmission mode, to perform data transmission based on requirements of different services. In this way, flexibility of the data transmission is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose example network device, terminal device, and method for notifying information about a power difference. One example network device includes one or more processors performing operations that include determining first information and sending, by a transceiver of the network device, the first information to a terminal device. The first information indicates a first power difference that is associated with a first waveform. The first power difference is an offset between a power of a reference signal and a power of a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) on which the first waveform is used.
