Abstract: A method includes: receiving an emergency call request; initiating, according to the emergency call request, n emergency calls by simultaneously using n call modes, where n is an integer not less than 2; and when a connection is established for one of the n emergency calls, releasing other emergency calls for which no connection has been established. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, multiple emergency calls may be simultaneously made, and when any one of the multiple emergency calls is connected, other emergency calls are released, reducing an emergency call time.

Abstract: In an embodiment, the present invention discloses a method for accessing a network by UE, a core network entity, a base station, and first UE. The first message is used to manage a data radio bearer DRB of the first UE so that the DRB of the first UE is used to transmit data of the second UE, and the first identifier is in a one-to-one correspondence with the second UE.

Abstract: An embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) management method, an eUICC, an SM platform, and a system are provided. The method includes: acquiring, by an eUICC, capability information of a terminal in which the eUICC is embedded; and sending, by the eUICC, the capability information of the terminal to an SM platform, so that the SM platform manages a profile on the eUICC or generates a profile or manages the eUICC according to the capability information of the terminal. Capability information of a terminal in which the eUICC is embedded is reported to an SM platform, so that processing such as generation or management of a configuration file can match the capability information of the terminal, which improves processing accuracy.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a ProSe information transmission method, a terminal, and a communications device. The present disclosure is applicable to the communications field.

Abstract: A method can be implemented by a user equipment to update RPLMN information. A PLMN identifier is selected from an available PLMN identifier set that includes PLMN identifiers with RPLMN information, HPLMN information, UPLMN information, and OPLMN information separately. A location update request message that carries the PLMN identifier is sent to a mobile switching center. A TMSI reallocation command is acquired from the mobile switching center according to the location update request message. It is determined whether location update acceptance information that is returned by the mobile switching center according to the location update request message is currently acquired. An operation of updating the PLMN identifier to registered public land mobile network RPLMN information is performed when the location update acceptance information is acquired and the operation of updating the PLMN identifier to RPLMN information is skipped when the location update acceptance information is not acquired.
