Abstract: Disclosed are a communications method and device. The method includes: sending, by a network device, configuration information to a terminal device; determining, by the terminal device, channel state information CSI measurement behavior and/or CSI feedback related information, where the channel state information CSI measurement behavior and/or the CSI feedback related information are/is related to the configuration information; and performing, by the terminal device, CSI measurement based on the configuration information and the CSI measurement behavior and/or the CSI feedback related information, to obtain at least one piece of CSI, and sending all or some of the at least one piece of CSI to the network device. It can be learned that, in a scenario in which a plurality of transmission modes are supported, according to the foregoing method, the terminal device can measure CSI, and feed back the measured CSI to the network device.

Abstract: This application provides communication methods and communications apparatuses. In an example method, a first communications apparatus determines whether a first channel learning model is applicable, where the first channel learning model is used to determine first channel information based on target channel information, and a data amount of the first channel information is less than a data amount of the target channel information. The first communications apparatus sends a first message in response to determining that determining that the first channel learning model is not applicable, where the first message is used to indicate that the first channel learning model is not applicable. According to the example method, the first communications apparatus can determine applicability of the first channel learning model without assistance of a second communications apparatus.

Abstract: Example communication methods and a communications apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving first information by a terminal device, where the first information indicates an identifier of a first frequency domain resource, and the first frequency domain resource is contiguous in frequency domain. When a status of the terminal device is a first state, the terminal device with a network device on a second frequency domain resource based on the first information, where the second frequency domain resource includes a plurality of segments of contiguous frequency domain resources, and the first frequency domain resource is one segment of the plurality of segments of contiguous frequency domain resources. According to the foregoing method, the terminal device may communicate, based on the received first information, with the network device on the second frequency domain resource when the status of the terminal device is the first state.

Abstract: This application provides a method and device for determining antenna port quasi co-location QCL. The method includes: generating, by a network device, downlink control information DCI, where the DCI includes QCL indication information, the QCL indication information is used to indicate one of a plurality of pieces of combination information, and first combination information in the plurality of pieces of combination information is used to indicate a QCL relationship between a DMRS antenna port and a CSI-RS antenna port; and sending, by the network device, the DCI to a terminal device. Therefore, in embodiments of this application, the terminal device can determine the QCL relationship between the DMRS antenna port and the CSI-RS antenna port based on the DCI, thereby resolving a problem in the prior art and improving network performance.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a downlink synchronization method, an apparatus, and a system, and relate to the communications field, so as to reduce downlink synchronization complexity and improve downlink synchronization efficiency. According to the downlink synchronization method, abase station sends downlink synchronization reference information to UE by using dedicated signaling or a system message, where the downlink synchronization reference information is used to instruct the UE to perform downlink synchronization in a second cell by referring to a downlink synchronization channel of a first cell; and the base station sends, in the second cell according to location information of the UE, a beam including a downlink synchronization channel to the UE, where the first cell and the second cell include an overlapped coverage area.
