摘要: A plurality of coils concentratedly wound around individual teeth are formed as coil units having a common shape, each of the coil units being made by winding a conductor in a generally rectangular form, stacking one conductor line on top of another, and each of the coil units having two parallel straight portions inserted into the slots on both sides of each tooth. The two parallel straight portions of the conductor of each coil unit are fitted in two adjacent slots in such a way that one straight portion of the conductor is laid in an inner layer in one of the two adjacent slots and the other straight portion of the conductor is laid in an outer layer in the other of the two adjacent slots.

摘要: A vehicular generator-motor 1 is composed of a rotor, a stator having three phase armature winding 2, and a converter 4. The rotor is provided with a field winding 3 for magnetizing a plurality of magnetic pole pieces 14a, 15a, and permanent magnets 17 for magnetizing the magnetic pole pieces 14a, 15a together with the field winding 3. When the generator-motor 1 is operated as a motor, the converter 4 is operated as an inverter to restrain the armature current at the time of low speed rotation to the extent of the additional magnetic flux from the permanent magnets.

摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric rotor enabling electromagnetic noise to be reduced by linking a facing tip end portion and root end portion of adjacent claw-shaped magnetic poles by a linking member and placing a field winding in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the claw-shaped magnetic poles in an electrically-insulated state so as to suppress vibration of the claw-shaped magnetic poles effectively.In the present invention, a tip end portion and a root end portion of adjacent claw-shaped magnetic poles are linked by a linking structure, and a field winding is wound onto a boss portion so as to have a larger diameter than a root inside diameter of the claw-shaped magnetic poles and is placed in contact with an inner peripheral surface of at least one of the claw-shaped magnetic poles with an insulating member interposed.

An adjustment method of rotor position detection of a synchronous motor, wherein a synchronous motor having a stator wound around a stator coil and a rotor provided with magnetic poles, and a rotational position detector having a sensor rotor fixed to the rotor and a sensor stator disposed opposite to the sensor rotor for detecting a rotational position of the rotor are provided, and wherein an amount of deviation between the rotational position of the synchronous motor determined from an output of the rotational position detector and an actual rotational position of the synchronous motor is adjusted, the method comprising: a step of detecting the amount of deviation during rotation of the synchronous motor; and a step of mechanically adjusting a relative position between the rotational position detector and the synchronous motor based on a detected value of the amount of deviation, is provided.

摘要: A motor controller is provided which can be reduced in the number of the wirings and power semiconductor devices required while maintaining the function equivalent to or higher than that of the motor controller adopting the existing winding changeover scheme, thereby realizing cost and size reduction and life increase. The motor is made in a structure having motor windings opened at both ends. The one end terminals of phase windings are respectively connected to the output terminals of a first inverter circuit while the other end terminals are respectively connected to the output terminals of a second inverter circuit. During power generation, any one of the inverter circuits is driven on all the phases by means of a same control pulse.

摘要: An on-vehicle AC generator that comprises a rotor; and a stator including a cylindrical stator iron core in which a plurality of slots extending in axial direction of a shaft are formed to be circumferentially aligned, and which is fitted to and supported in a case to contain the rotor therein, and a stator winding wound about the slot of the stator iron core, and which possesses a high rigidity to secure no deformation by force applied at the time of being fitted to the case. An insulating resin having adhesive properties is applied to an entire surface of the coil end portions. A corner portion formed by outer circumferential surface of the bottom of the coil end portions and an end face in axial direction of the stator iron core is also filled with the adhesive insulating resin.

摘要: Deformation and vibration of claw magnetic poles in rotor are reduced. A rotor includes: a rotor coil 15 for generating a magnetic flux by applying a current; a pole core comprised of a first pole core body 19 and a second pole core body 20 that are disposed so as to cover the rotor coil 15, each being provided with claw-shaped claw magnetic poles 21, 22 engaging with each other; and a magnet assembly 25 composed of a magnet 23 for reducing leakage of magnetic flux and a magnet-holding member 24 for supporting the magnet 23 on the claw magnetic poles 21, 22. Center of gravity 25G of the magnet assembly 25 is located on the base part side nearer than the center of the claw magnetic poles 21, 22.

The machine includes an armature having an armature core and an armature winding wound around the armature core for generating an output voltage to charge a battery; a rotor having a rotor core with a field winding wound therearound, and permanent magnets for supplying magnetic flux to the armature core; and a voltage control section that adjust the output voltage of the armature by controlling the field current based on the value of an output voltage of the armature winding and the value and the direction of flow of the field current flowing through the field winding.
