    摘要: A variable speed wind turbine is arranged to provide additional electrical power to counteract non-periodic disturbances in an electrical grid. A controller monitors events indicating a need to increase the electrical output power from the wind turbine to the electrical grid. The controller is arranged to control the wind turbine as follows: after an indicating event has been detected, the wind turbine enters an overproduction period in which the electrical output power is increased, wherein the additional electrical output power is taken from kinetic energy stored in the rotor and without changing the operation of the wind turbine to a more efficient working point. When the rotational speed of the rotor reaches a minimum value, the wind turbine enters a recovery period to re-accelerate the rotor to the nominal rotational speed while further contributing to the stability of the electrical grid by outputting at least a predetermined minimum electrical power.

    摘要: A method for controlling a multi-phase electric machine, whose phase terminals in an active bridge rectifier are respectively connected, via controllable first current valves, to a first DC voltage terminal and via second current valves to a second DC voltage terminal. The method includes switching on the first current valves when an output voltage between the first DC voltage terminal and the second DC voltage terminal has exceeded an upper threshold value at an exceedance point in time, and shutting off the first current valves again only once the output voltage has subsequently fallen below a lower threshold value at a shortfall point in time. The first current valves are shut off again after the shortfall point in time individually, and each only when a respective indication value, which characterizes a current flow in the phase terminal associated with the respective current valve, exhibits a predetermined property.

A first switch circuit is coupled with the first field coil and a second switch circuit is coupled with the second field coil.     摘要: A voltage regulator coupled between a batteryless alternator and a ground includes an under-voltage detection circuit and an exciting current regulating unit. The under-voltage protection circuit includes a voltage detection unit, a plurality of switching circuits, and a power switch. The voltage detection unit generates a first control signal according to an output voltage of the batteryless alternator. The switching circuits are connected in series and controlled by the first control signal. The power switch is coupled to one of the switching circuits and a rotor coil of the batteryless alternator. The exciting current regulating unit controls the operation of the power switch according to the output voltage of the batteryless alternator. The voltage detection unit detects whether the output voltage is lower than a threshold and selectively cuts off the power switch by sequentially controlling the operations of the switching circuits according to the detection result.

    摘要: A power control system provides an output power control for a generator. The power control system includes a power conversion unit, a sensing unit, a load-dumping unit, and a control unit. The power conversion unit receives and converts a current and a voltage, generated from the generator, to supply a load. The sensing unit receives the current and the voltage to produce a current signal and a voltage signal. The load-dumping unit is connected to the generator and the power conversion unit. The control units receives the current signal and the voltage signal, produces a current control signal to control the power conversion unit, and generates a voltage control signal to control the load-dumping so as to control the output power of the generator.
