摘要： An axial plunger pump includes a shaft having a swash plate effecting swing motion and transmitting driving force from the outside, plungers reciprocate by the swing motion of the swash plate. A cylinder block has cylinders formed so as to open on the side of the swash plate, with the plungers inserted therein. Passages in the block supply refuel to the cylinders. A body combined with the cylinder block encloses the swash plate. Sealing members are arranged between the plungers and the cylinders on the swash plate side of the passages formed in the cylinder block for sealing gaps between the plungers and the cylinders, respectively.

摘要： A drive part for converting rotational movement in a fuel pump to the wobble movement includes the shaft for transmitting an outside drive force, the swash plate rotated by the shaft and the wobble plate for converting the rotational movement of the swash plate to the wobble movement. Plural pistons are reciprocated in response to the wobble movement of the wobble plate. The crank room containing the swash plate, the wobble plate and the piston are separated into the fuel room and the drive room by bellows. The bearings for transmitting the drive force between the shaft in the drive room and the swash plate, and the bearing for transmitting the drive force between the swash plate and the wobble plate are placed inside the drive room in order to lubricate the bearings. By arranging plural pistons inside the fuel room, the fuel is forced to be taken in and discharged by the reciprocating movement of the individual pistons.

摘要： The present invention relates to a light ray shift element which provides controlled refraction of the incident ray and an optical axis displacement device using the above light ray shift element. An application of these optical devices to an interleave projection display system is demonstrated. The optical element is constructed from transparent flat plate materials containing a first optical medium and are disposed at a predetermined spacing along the optical axis. The orientation angle of the transparent flat plates with respect to the optical axis can be varied independently. A bulkhead consisting of the transparent flat plates and a second optical medium having an index of refraction different from the first optical medium, which is enclosed in a hermetic extendable seal, is utilized to provide light ray shift and optical axis displacement. By selecting the first and second optical media suitably, the angle of refraction of the incident ray can be controlled to optimize the quality of the image generated by the interleave projection system.

摘要： A videocamera is disposed diagonally to the front of a display and the image of a subject is reflected toward the videocamera by a half-transparent mirror placed in front of the screen of the display. The half-transparent mirror has in its front inclined strip-like micro reflective surfaces and inclined strip-like micro transparent surfaces which emit therethrough incident light from the display screen. The angle between each micro transparent surface and a strip-like micro area formed on the back of the half-transparent mirror in opposing relation to the micro transparent surface is determined so that the half-transparent mirror has a light collecting or condensing effect.

摘要： A clamp device for securing a bending press punch on its punch holder, the clamp device being capable of securing punches having a straight, or flat, contacting surface and those having a groove on the contacting surface. The clamp device comprises a plurality of spring members each secured about a bolt; an upper punch clamp plate member having a punch contacting surface; and a lower flanged punch clamp plate member having a punch contacting surface. The spring members provide the force necessary to return the upper punch clamp plate member to a position wherein a portion thereof is within the groove when the grooved punch is used. When the flat surface punch is utilized, the punch contacting surface portion of the lower punch clamp plate member and the punch contacting surface of the upper punch clamp plate member are positioned against the contacting surface of the punch thus providing solid surface contact when either punch design is utilized.

摘要： A variable displacement swash plate type compressor is suitable for use as a refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioner. The compressor includes pistons, an oscillating member for driving the piston, a rotating member for oscillating the oscillating member, a plate member for imparting a rotational force to the rotating member, and a main shaft connected to the plate member. A member, having a spherical or cylindrical surface portion and a flat surface portion, is provided between the rotating member and the plate member in such a manner that it is slidably in contact with both of the rotating member and the plate member. Also, movement of the oscillating member is defined by contact of the oscillating member with a stationary member. Consequently, it is possible to provide a variable displacement swash plate type compressor which assures reliable capacity control at a high-speed rotation and which vibrates and wears less. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent application of a thrust load to the drive shaft.

摘要： A variable displacement swash plate type compressor operable with reduced vibration and noise and, hence, suitable for use in automotive air-conditioning refrigeration cycle has a main shaft adapted to be driven by a driving power source; a drive plate fixed to the main shaft; a swash plate main part tiltably engaging through an engaging portion with the drive plate so as to be tiltable with respect to the axis of the main shaft and to make a precessional rotation in accordance with the rotation of the main shaft; a piston support rotatably carried by the swash plate main part so as to make a precessional rotation together with the swash plate main part; pistons having one ends engaging with the piston support so as to reciprocatingly move in respective cylinders in accordance with the precessional rotation of the swash plate main part; and a mechanism for causing a change in the angle of tilt of the swash plate main part with respect to the axis of the main shaft so as to effect a control of displacement. The swash plate main part is provided with a balancing portion which cancels an unbalance of mass produced by the engaging portion at a predetermined angle of tilt of the swash plate so as to locate at least the gravity center of the swash plate main part on the axis of the main shaft.

摘要： A variable displacement compressor comprises a housing forming a crank chamber, a shaft, expansible chambers including pistons, a swash plate connected to the shaft so as to be smoothly changeable in inclination against the shaft and driven to rotate, a wobble plate rotatable on the swash plate, a rotation preventing mechanism including a shoe member slidable in an axial direction, and a pressure control valve which is provided in a refrigerant passage from a suction port of the compressor to the expansible chamber to control the pressure of refrigerant to be sucked responsive to the suction pressure and both to the suction pressure and to the discharge pressure when the discharge pressure is high. The refrigerant passage has a sharply bent portion for separating lubrication oil from a refrigerant flowing therein and communicates with the crank chamber to discharge blow-by gas therefrom.
