摘要： A variable displacement swash plate type compressor is suitable for use as a refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioner. The compressor includes pistons, an oscillating member for driving the piston, a rotating member for oscillating the oscillating member, a plate member for imparting a rotational force to the rotating member, and a main shaft connected to the plate member. A member, having a spherical or cylindrical surface portion and a flat surface portion, is provided between the rotating member and the plate member in such a manner that it is slidably in contact with both of the rotating member and the plate member. Also, movement of the oscillating member is defined by contact of the oscillating member with a stationary member. Consequently, it is possible to provide a variable displacement swash plate type compressor which assures reliable capacity control at a high-speed rotation and which vibrates and wears less. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent application of a thrust load to the drive shaft.

摘要： A variable-displacement compressor includes a wobble member for driving a pistons, and a rotation member for wobbling the wobbling member, a first support portion for supporting a wobbling member in such a manner that the angle of wobbling of the wobbling member is variable, and a second support portion for supporting said rotation member in such a manner that the angle of tilt of said rotation member relative to a main shaft is variable. With this construction, unbalanced inertia forces can be reduced greatly, thereby providing the variable-displacement compressor which produces less vibrations and noises.

摘要： A variable displacement compressor comprises a housing forming a crank chamber, a shaft, expansible chambers including pistons, a swash plate connected to the shaft so as to be smoothly changeable in inclination against the shaft and driven to rotate, a wobble plate rotatable on the swash plate, a rotation preventing mechanism including a shoe member slidable in an axial direction, and a pressure control valve which is provided in a refrigerant passage from a suction port of the compressor to the expansible chamber to control the pressure of refrigerant to be sucked responsive to the suction pressure and both to the suction pressure and to the discharge pressure when the discharge pressure is high. The refrigerant passage has a sharply bent portion for separating lubrication oil from a refrigerant flowing therein and communicates with the crank chamber to discharge blow-by gas therefrom.

摘要： A variable displacement swash plate type compressor operable with reduced vibration and noise and, hence, suitable for use in automotive air-conditioning refrigeration cycle has a main shaft adapted to be driven by a driving power source; a drive plate fixed to the main shaft; a swash plate main part tiltably engaging through an engaging portion with the drive plate so as to be tiltable with respect to the axis of the main shaft and to make a precessional rotation in accordance with the rotation of the main shaft; a piston support rotatably carried by the swash plate main part so as to make a precessional rotation together with the swash plate main part; pistons having one ends engaging with the piston support so as to reciprocatingly move in respective cylinders in accordance with the precessional rotation of the swash plate main part; and a mechanism for causing a change in the angle of tilt of the swash plate main part with respect to the axis of the main shaft so as to effect a control of displacement. The swash plate main part is provided with a balancing portion which cancels an unbalance of mass produced by the engaging portion at a predetermined angle of tilt of the swash plate so as to locate at least the gravity center of the swash plate main part on the axis of the main shaft.

摘要： The variable capacity swash plate compressor of the present invention includes a rotary swash plate having an eccentric mass located opposite to the driving point of the swash plate with respect to the axis of the same. The mass distribution in the rotary swash plate is established such that, within a range in which the piston stroke is less than a predetermined value, a moment about a pivot point produced by the rotation of the swash plate becomes larger than a moment produced by the reciprocating motion of pistons, piston rods and the like and acting upon the swash plate, while, within a range in which the stroke is larger than the predetermined value, the former moment becomes smaller than the latter moment. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a compressor of the type in which its capacity control characteristics are improved over a wide shaft speed range.

A displacer is revolved in a cylinder having an inside wall formed by a curve such that a planar shape is continuous, whereby a working fluid is discharged through a plurality of discharge ports, there is provided a driving unit in which the orbiting radius of the displacer is variable along the shape of a movement line contact portion of the cylinder and the displacer.

摘要： The present invention enables a scroll fluid machine to have a maximum design volume ratio without increasing an outside dimension of scrolls and allows the basic spiral curve of the scroll to be configured with simple curves. The basic spiral curve of a scroll wrap comprises a group of concentric semicircles, a group of circular arcs having a center different from that of the group of semicircles, and a group of straight lines or curves connecting the group of semicircles and the group of circular arcs together, and a diameter of the outer-most circumferential semicircle of a fixed scroll member is twice as large as radius of the outer-most circumferential circular arc of an orbiting scroll member. In addition, an outer diameter of an end plate of an orbiting scroll is equal to an outer diameter of the outer-most circumferential wrap of the scroll.
