摘要： In an apparatus for processing a photosensitive sheet by passing it through processing solution in a tank, vertically spaced-apart roller units are disposed in the tank for normally feeding the sheet downward and then upward at opposite sides thereof, but capable of reversing the sheet when selected. The sheet is turned around a selected roller unit whereby the length of the path that the sheet travels through the solution and hence, the duration of processing time is variable.

摘要： An apparatus for processing a web or sheet of photosensitive material by passing it through a processing tank is provided. The apparatus includes a processing tank of the closed type having an inlet slit and an outlet slit for the photosensitive sheet. The tank is filled with processing solution and replenished with solution from an external supply. Each of the inlet and outlet slits has such a small opening that the processing solution may not leak through the slit due to its surface tension. The photosensitive sheet is carried into the tank via the inlet, through the tank along a predetermined path, and then out of the tank via the outlet by means of rollers or other conveyors.

摘要： A low inertia, speed variable induction motor comprises a frame, a stator fixedly placed in the frame, a yoke fixedly placed in the frame in opposition to the stator with a predetermined gap and a cup-shaped rotor which is inserted into the gap and is fixedly mounted on an output shaft supported in the frame in a freely rotatable manner. Rotating magnetic field is produced in the gap by the stator and the yoke to generate a rotational torque of the cup-shaped rotor. The cup-shaped rotor is formed of a material or materials having a hysteresis characteristic and an eddy current producing characteristic to obtain a large torque.
