摘要: A pulser ring and a second seal ring are separately formed. When a multipolar magnetic rotor of the pulser ring is bonded to an outer circumferential face of an outer cylindrical portion of an annular core portion, the multipolar magnetic rotor is opposed to a magnetic sensor in the radial direction. Due to the above structure, the multipolar magnetic rotor can be strongly supported by an outer cylindrical portion of the annular core portion. Therefore, even when a rotary centrifugal force is given to the multipolar magnetic rotor, it can not be swung in the radial direction. Accordingly, an interval of the multipolar magnetic rotor and the magnetic sensor in the radial direction, which are opposed to each other, can be maintained constant irrespective of an intensity of the centrifugal force.

摘要: A magnetizing jig used in cooperation with a magnetizing yoke formed with a circular magnetizing face, for fixing a ring-like magnetic encoder base plate to be magnetized thereto and magnetizing it by exciting a multi-pole magnetizing coil provided on the magnetizing yoke. The magnetizing yoke has holding portion to which the magnetic encoder base plate is concentrically held so as to face the circular magnetizing face, whereas the magnetizing jig is incorporated into the magnetizing yoke, keeping a predetermined positional relation which is in advance deviated from the center of the magnetizing yoke so as to correspond to the positional deviation amount between the arrangement center of the multi-pole magnetizing coil and the center of the magnetizing yoke.

摘要: A magnetizing method for tone wheel and apparatus, wherein the method comprises the steps of preparing a ring reinforcement made of magnetic material and attached to an annular body to be magnetized, the ring reinforcement comprising a tubular part and an other part integrally formed with the tubular part; holding the tubular part of the ring reinforcement with a fixing means such as a jaw type chuck means made of non-magnetic material; and apply an alternate magnetic flux to the annular body while axially rotating the fixing means, keeping one end of a magnetizing yoke approximate to the surface of the annular body, the alternate magnetic flux forming a circular closed loop which passes the one end of the magnetizing yoke and the other end of the magnetizing yoke, via the annular body and the ring reinforcement midway, thereby magnetizing the annular body in a manner that S poles and N poles are alternately formed along its periphery.

摘要: A longitudinally-endless gasket mounted into a groove portion formed in one of members to provide sealing between this one member and another of the members when they are fastened to each other. The gasket has a sectional shape corresponding to a sectional shape of the groove portion with a ratio (H/W) between a height (H) and a width (W) of the sectional shape being 0.8 to 5.0. The gasket is provided with a plurality of large projecting portions at intervals of 30 to 100 mm and a plurality of small projecting portions at intervals of 5 to 15 mm in a longitudinal direction of the gasket. A width (R2) of each large projecting portion is larger than a width (X) of the groove portion by 0.01 to 0.9 mm. A width (R1) of each small projecting portion is smaller than the width (X) of the groove portion by 0.01 to 0.6 mm. A filling rate of the groove portion by the gasket when the members are fastened to each other is 80 to 100%.

摘要: A gasket embedding an ion sensor 5 used for sealing a cylinder head to a cylinder block of an engine which is intervened under pressure between the cylinder head and the cylinder block, the gasket having a detection function of the condition in a combustion chamber. The gasket comprises a metal sheet in which a bore seal is formed at a ring-like bead structure and of an insulation seal layer coating at least the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal sheet so as to include the bead structure. An ionic current detection electrode is formed so as to project into the combustion chamber from the insulation seal layer and further a lug projecting outside from the periphery of the insulation seal layer is served as an ionic current introduction electrode of the sensor.

摘要: A multifunctional gasket for sealing a gap between two objects by being intervened therebetween, comprising a first base plate and a second base plate including a metal base plate, which is integrally formed thereon. The first base plate comprises a conductive metal base plate layer formed with first and second projecting portions and an opening portion corresponding to a cavity of said two objects, insulation layers integrally formed on both upper and lower surfaces of the conductive metal base plate layer, except for the first and second projecting portions as well as for the opening portion, and microseal coating layers coated on upper and lower surfaces of said insulation layers, whereas the second base plate is provided around the opening portion with an annular bead structure which is formed by being partially bent itself. The gasket is used such that the first projecting portion thrusts toward the opening portion, while the second projecting portion is exposed its outside.
