摘要： A rotary stamper includes an upper die plate assembly, a lower die plate assembly, and a support frame having a drive assembly that moves the upper die plate horizontally and vertically along a generally circular pathway while moving the lower die plate along a linear horizontal pathway. The upper die plate is vertically slidably connected to the lower die plate by way of one or more vertical rods that extend from the lower die plate assembly up through the upper die plate. In operation, the lower die plate matches the horizontal movements of the upper die plate as the latter is moved along its circular pathway. Concurrently, the upper die plate moves towards and away from the lower die plate. This maintains a substantially constant alignment between the die plates for carrying out a periodic machining operation on a moving web of material passing there between.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for synchronously processing dual belt materials. The method comprises steps of feeding, processing, detecting, assembling and outputting finished products. The step of feeding materials comprises cleaning, dividing materials, positioning and feeding. The step of assembling comprises pushing and assembling. A dual-belt-material feeder is used for feeding, and a dual-belt-material mould is used for punching. The dual-belt-material feeder (1) comprises a moving feeding device (11), a fixed feeding device (13) and two guide frames (14). The dual-belt-material mould comprises two punching moulds. The beneficial effects of the method for synchronously processing dual belt materials are that: the method can be used for producing thin wall miniature assembly parts in a single line and assembling the thin wall miniature assembly parts on line, so that problems caused by that the thin wall miniature assembly parts are produced in two production lines can be avoided.

摘要： A retractable stock guide has a stationary guide rail on which a retractable guide cap is operably supported. The guide rail and cap have two through holes at opposite ends through which two mounting studs extend to attach the stock guide to an associated die member. The holes in the guide cap are ovate, and the heads of the mounting studs are tapered, whereby tightening of the mounting stud shifts the guide cap relative to the guide rail from an aligned, retracted load/unload condition, to an inwardly protruding, extended run condition, wherein the stock strip is slidingly captured between two like stock guides and the mounting surface of the die. Two ball bearing guides can be substituted for the stationary guide rail.
